We arrived a little late on our first night due to a flight delay, but they were very accommodating and we really appreciated it. It's a bit hard to get to the hotel, which is about an hour from the airport, but I made it using the maps app on my iPhone. If you visit Savannah, get a good road map before you go. The suites were spacious and affordable. The rooms were clean, and the service was very good. The owner and his daughter speak English, but it's easy to understand the rest of the staff who are very kind and helpful. We stayed five nights and had breakfast, two dinners there. Breakfast is very nice, and dinner is 4 courses and excellent. We were there at the end of their season, but it didn't matter that they didn't slack on anything. They set us up for dinner in town and a great private tour of a winery just down the street. If you like staying in a country inn, this is the ideal place to stay.

This location is a hit with Lucrezia and her family. The food is fantastic, and they are really helpful and caring. Amanuensis of outstanding quality, Franco, made life easy and enjoyable. It's a peaceful and relaxed lifestyle that allows us to unwind and connect with nature. The horses happily eat the carrots purchased at the neighborhood store, and the dogs are always pleased to see you. If you're seeking any specific information, lucrezia's dad is the place to go to. He also quite graciously drove me to a soapperfume plant I never would have found on my own. The homemade olive oil and salsa I picked there were fantastic, and I'm grateful lucrezia is willing to ship it to me. Karin Williams.

After a long journey, we landed in Al Poggetto at night. Lucria, who we later met, welcomed us warmly as a kind person who runs this agriturismo with so much passion and dedication to making it ideal for its guests. Cecilia and Giulia Nonny built the country house as a family's vacation home. Its surrounded by olive, fruit trees, and vineyards. The only sounds are chirping birds and a gentle bark from some of the friendliest dogs. We thoroughly relaxed, ate well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and thought nothing at all because everything had been thought of and prepared! A real dolce frankenstein. Franco takes care of it, makes the kids laugh, and tries to speak French, german, or English when he doesn't find a word. Of course, his native Italian! Go for a stroll through the hills if you enjoy nature. If you want to simply unwind by the pool, exercise some laps, and eat watermelon. You're at the right spot. And then it's so close to morale, you can go there for a quick trip there just to see the Domo and eat pizza! Additionally, al poggetto is safe and a little adventure that will never go by. Al Poggetto is really charming. It's in the true Sicilian countryside with all its flavors and colors. The staff will make you feel very welcome by giving you a natural sense of hospitality. Lucrezia is really a caring person. The food is real and tasty, mostly from local ingredients and done like you were home. I highly recommend staying at Al Poggetto because it's worth it.

All the details were carefully considered at Al Poggetto. Ours looked like olives, and the rooms are traditional. The facilities are lovely, with a cool pool for an afternoon dip when it is too hot to be outside. The restaurant was a treasure, so make sure you eat for dinner when it is not too hot. We had a great time and would be back in no time.
