My wife and I stayed in il casolare Di bucciano in early June and it was absolutely brilliant! Well-run family business that really cares for their guests. They’ve replied to emails witg queries, including recommendations for excursions, all in a friendly and inviting manner. We’ve stayed in the suite and it was lovely. Big room, comfortable bed, all clean and tidy with a true vibe of Toscana’s countryside. The views from the room and the terrace where breakfast is served is stunning, they really got a precious piece of real estate there, not sure you’ll find better views of San Gimignano and the surrounding rolling hills anywhere else. We also had wine tasting and lunch at the cellar which is a few kilometres away, was amazing and tasty, most recommended. We had dinner at the boutique hotel and it was absolutely delicious, fantastic home made food of local cuisine, you can tell how fresh the ingredients are, at a decent price, so do not pass on that dinner! If you read so far, stop looking for other agritourismo in the area and book yourself a stay at il casolare Di bucciano , I honestly believe you won’t regret it. Thank you Teresa and the family for a lovely holiday we won’t forget!

Das Zimmer sowie die Lage zwischen San Gimignano und Volterra war einwandfrei. Wir können das Abendessen mit liebevolle Zubereitung der Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Frühstück war für uns perfekt. Einmalig ist der Ausblick auf die Stadt San Gimignano.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, along with its views of San Gimignano from our room and the Garden Patio. The dinners there are out of this world, and I highly recommend attending. We absolutely want to go back and spend more time here. Was a great place to base out of and explore Italy by car.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une fin de journée, une nuit, et une matinée dans l’établissement Agriturismo Il Casolare di Bucciano, mais c’était tout simplement parfait. Dès notre arrivé, la vue sur San Gimignano est plus qu’agréable. L’accès à la piscine est vraiment bien pour terminer la journée. Le soir, nous avons mangé sur place, avec un menu complet, de qualité, de bons produits, et un service au top. La nuit s’est très bien passé. Les chambres ne sont pas très modernes, mais c’est exactement ce que l’on cherchait dans cet endroit. Le tout reste équipé comme il le faut, et nous avons très bien dormi. La chambre était très propre. Le lendemain matin, un petit déjeuné complet nous attendait, parfait pour démarrer la journée. Le personnel est accueillant et très préoccupé par notre confort. Tout était parfait. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Lovely property, well converted and in great condition. The pool was excellent. Our triple room had a small private garden which was unexpected and overall the views back to San Gimignano town were stunning. The staff interaction was very functional so didn't really feel "welcomed", the restaurant only offered a pre booked set menu, but there are plenty of other options in town.

Der Aufenthalt im Agriturismo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tagsüber kann man Wanderungen unternehmen, hier gibt es Zugang zu schönen Wegen direkt an der Unterkunft. Im August wurde es wie erwartet tagsüber ziemlich heiß, wir haben jedoch die kühle Luft am Abend unterschätzt. Beim Abendessen wurde es ziemlich windig, wofür wir nicht ausreichend gepackt hatten. Daher würde ich empfehlen, möglichst winddichte, wärmere Pullover für den Abend mitzubringen. Auch der Pool war trotz sonniger Lage recht kühl (auch im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Rundreise). Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Pool ist traumhaft. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, von meiner Seite aus hätte es noch etwas mehr frisches Obst geben dürfen. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass alles, was es gab, qualitativ hochwertig war. Das absolute Highlight war auch für uns das Abendessen. Hier gab es vier Gänge für pro Person 30-35€ (genauer Preis ist mir entfallen). Wir haben das Essen jeden Tag genutzt, da es absolut erstklassig war. Wir hatten bereits hohe Erwartungen aufgrund der Bewertungen und wurden dennoch positiv überrascht. Insgesamt würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
