Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Bett war sehr gemütlich. Eigentümer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zentral gelegen. 5-10 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Vergesst eure Gummistiefel nicht morgens kann es etwas nass auf den Straßen werden.

ベネチア旅行時に利用しました．駅から歩いて10分くらいのところにあります．周りは居住区らしく，分かりにくいですが，静かな場所にあります．貸アパートと言った方が適切ですが，キッチンや洗濯機もあり，リーズナブルな宿泊料なので，長期滞在するには非常に良いと思います．あとは，スタッフの対応が良かったです．ただし，レセプションは午前9時から午後9時までなので，注意が必要です．

中央駅やスーパーマーケットに近くて良かったです。台所と洗濯機があったのが何より嬉しかったです。お勧めです。裏を川が流れていたからか蚊がいました。ベープが置いてありましたが家族は刺されてとても痒がっていました。

Loved this suite, very roomy for 3 people, clean and good air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, far from the crowds, which we wanted. Close to authentic restaurants, not so touristy. We could walk to the main tourist areas in 20 min. Very close to the train station, no bridges to carry suitcases over. The front desk is not open all the time so make sure you check with them and tell them when you arrive.

아파트를 숙소로 만들어 놓은 것 같이 넓고 편안했어요. 화장실도 크고 세탁기도 있고, 빨래 건조대도 있습니다. 커피포트가 없는게 아쉽지만 주방 기구가 모두 있어서 크게 불편하지는 않았어요. 침구만 더 있다면 여러명이 사용해도 좋을 것 같이 넓습니다. 역에서도 걸어서 다닐만 하고, 상점 안쪽골목으로 들어와서 사람많은 베네치아인데도 조용하고 좋아요.

Posizione eccellente al centro di Venezia, in una zona tranquilla. Molto comoda per chi arriva in treno poichè si trova vicino alla stazione. Il personale è stato molto cortese e molto attento alle nostre esigenze, il giorno della partenza ci hanno dato anche la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio per farci un'ultima passeggiata per Venezia senza nessun supplemento! Consigliato!

Great place to stay, close to the train station,only had to walk over one bridge to get to the apartment, had dishes and cookware to use . Our apartment had an oven,the stove top was gas and the oven was electric, we had a refrigerator and freezer. This is perfect if you are staying multiple nights you can buy groceries and make your own breakfast,lunch,or dinner . They had a rolling shopping cart like the locals use to go to the market which was close to the apartment. It was nice that we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Del Spar supermarket is close and the water taxi was close near the train station. There was a separate bedroom and they had a pullout sofa sleeper, We had 3 people, you have to recycle and separate paper, plastics, glass, and metal .

베네치아 숙소 치고는 비싸지 않고 넓고 조용한 아파트입니다. 낡고 청소상태는 불량했지만 유럽임을 고려해야 합니다. 고층은 엘리베이터가 없지만 1층에 배정받아 편했습니다. 에어컨이 24시간 가동되어 폭염 속 시원하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 장기숙박하며 요리도 해먹을 수 있도록 도구들이 잘 갖춰있습니다. 세탁기도 있습니다. 매니저들도 친절합니다.
