This apartment complex is situated directly in the tourist centre, and is across the promenade from the beach, about 50 m away. A range of restaurants, shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The beach towns of Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia are located around 3 km away and the city of Pisa, with its numerous entertainment and shopping venues as well as plenty of sightseeing attractions is located around 15 km from the apartment complex. The hotel has a 2-storey building with a total of 60 apartments. The complex offers a lobby with a reception and a safe. Guests are also offered a bar, a lounge room, a coin operated washing machine, a pizzeria and a restaurant. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club (from June - September) available.
