A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows:- EUR 25 from 18:00 until 20:00;- EUR 35 from 20:00 until 21:00;- EUR 45 from 21:00 until 00:00;- EUR 60 from 00:00 until 02:00;- EUR 80 after 02:00.All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.There are also two separate bathrooms: one has a shower only.(this in Appartamento Superior only, Appa 9)This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
