Great price and quick train ride to Venice. Comfortable bed and quiet. We believed that there was a shared kitchen according to the picture but no kitchen at all. We were offered to use the owners fridge but choose not to due to access limited in timing.

Great considering the price. Clean and close to the bus that takes you to Venice. There are also really good Chinese restaurants nearby if you want to avoid Venice’s tourist traps. There is no sound isolation so bring your earplugs. Very quiet area in general though.

Basic room with a very comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent value for money and well positioned for transport to Venice centre. We would stay again.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were great especially for the price. Just be cautious of the area at evening times especially as a woman.

Room was spacious and clean. There were shared bathrooms that didn't seem super clean. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe at times but we didn't feel unsafe while in the building/in our rooms. There is a nice grocery store nearby and on the way to the train station that we went to a couple of times. The walls of the room were very thin and we woke up much earlier than planned due to people yelling. We also feel like we got overcharged with the city tax since what we were charged upon arrival was higher than what the website said we would be paying. The train station wasn't a far walk, though, maybe about 5 minutes, so it was easy to get to Venice from this hotel. It's okay for being a cheaper spot to stay while visiting Venice.

The room and bathroom were not an issue—everything was clean. The area was also fine, lots of dining options around and easy transportation into Venice proper. The building however, was creepy. You have to walk up like four flights of stairs in nearly complete darkness before reaching the lobby area. At night the hallway is so eerie, and there were mysterious noises coming from one of the rooms all night. It sounded like someone was assembling furniture, but the door of that room wasn't completely closed, which only added to the weirdness. There's a motion activated light that comes on in the hallway but it activates at random even when no one seems to be there. Overall, I can't complain because we didn't pay very much and the spaces were clean. But we had friends who stayed at a hostel nearby for the same price and their rooms had ensuites and all the finishes and furnishings were modern. At least this place was right by the bus stop.

Underwhelming. Venice is expensive, but this still seemed expensive for the experience. The internet was spotty most of the time and the beds are creaky.

El alojamiento está a unos 8 minutos caminando de la terminal de Mestre, lo cual es conveniente para una estadía corta. Al llegar, una persona nos recibió y nos entregó las llaves. La habitación estaba algo descuidada y una de las almohadas era bastante dura. La nevera tenía hongos y moho, por lo que decidí evitar el área de la cocina. El baño compartido está ok, aunque parece que durante mi estancia nunca lo limpiaron. En general, puede servir para pasar una sola noche sin muchas expectativas, pero hay varios aspectos de limpieza y mantenimiento que deberían mejorarse. Las fotos del anuncio no coincidieron con el lugar.

I stayed here alone. It’s fine for a solo trip, but I wouldn’t want to stay here with friends or family. The hallway lights are motion-sensor activated, which is good, but they would turn on even when no one was around, making a loud clicking sound each time. It was very disruptive, and I couldn’t sleep well because of it. I was also bothered by stains on the comforter and a strange odor in the room.
