Résidence hôtelière ou on se sent comme a la maison. Chambre de qualité, calme et grand lit. Espace commun convivial. Excellent accueil. Le centre est atteignable a pied en traversant le parc.

Beautiful old property near the Parco Sempione and near a tram to the Centro Storico. The room was spacious and had a small balcony, and even a small kitchenette (not sure if all rooms have this but it was nice to note!) There was a garden down in the main dining area where breakfast is served and overall the house was welcoming and charming. The host on duty was warm and helpful, though she didn't speak English we got along fine with my little bit of Italian :)

Rosanna & Sonya were great hostesses, and they left us feeling like this was our home while we stayed there. Great WiFi speeds, good coffee. Rosanna was so very helpful with making additional travel arrangements and certainly knows all about traveling around Milan.

A very nice bob type hotel near where we stay with our family in Milan. The hotel is very affordable in this part of Milan. The rooms were fully equipped with modern baths and on our friends' stay they were upgraded to a large 2 room suite without an additional fee. Service is warm and makes us feel welcome. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available all day and a free breakfast is included. A small gem in this part of Milan.

In my opinion this hotel is excellent in its location. It is situated close to a tranquil neighborhood far from the city center and is incredibly safe. A stroll distance from a vibrant market and a grocery store. Very enjoyable and friendly visit hosted by an excellent host. Hosanna is a true treasure, in my opinion. A very helpful, kind, and kind host who provided information on local restaurants and about how to get around her place which is a short distance down a tranquil street. We were arranging to celebrate our anniversary and were ecstatic to discover a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the room. No lift is available, however, it didn't matter since we were on the first floor. A bedroom. Excellent, clean, straightforward, and lovely bathroom with lots of charger ports. There was even a second sitting area, but I'm not sure if other rooms have those. If requested, breakfast was consistently excellent and included a cappuccino. Excellent location. in a quiet neighborhood, just outside the bustling center. Very secure. A wonderful park within easy walking distance. To a neighbourhood with excellent restaurants, is within walking distance. A full grocery store is located around the corner. All in all, a wonderful stay, gracious host. We would not think twice about returning to stay there. Hosanna.

What a charming place to stay. In march, my daughter and I enjoyed a weekend getaway. The room was gorgeously clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need, and the breakfast had enough options to suit most tastes. Given its proximity to the city center, the vicinity was peaceful, but occasional passing traffic noise did not obstruct the peaceful vibe. The castle and the domo are accessible on foot in a twenty-minute stroll, while a lively neighborhood with a variety of bars and eateries for evening enjoyment is only a short stroll away. I heartily endorse this excellent little residence and would love to come back someday!.

A lovely place to stay, although there are a few oddities! It's a little challenging to locate due to the small sign on the side of the main entrance. The lady named Hosanna is lovely. extremely welcoming and helpful. She can speak a little English or rather slow simple Italian! The apartment we stayed in was stunning. There was no elevator, but hosanna helped us with our luggage. The apartment was on the top floor of the house and was stunningly clean, with modern décor. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and new. The shower pressure was excellent. When we rang the downstairs housekeeping bell when we realized we only had one towel between two people around Rp. We managed with one towel in the morning because no one came to assist. The breakfast lady appeared not to be thrilled that we arrived at 9 a.m. for breakfast. The breakfast is billed to be served until midnight, and cleaning began promptly and obviously at a certain time. Checking out was interesting. The cleaning lady vanished because Hosanna was not present. We wanted to leave our luggage while we were in Milan for the day. We pulled a front door key in case no one was around when we needed to depart later that evening and left a note with our baggage because no one was answering the cleaning bell. Everything worked out well and we met hosanna on the way out to the airport

I will come back if I visit Mexico. Amazing location for sightseeing, close to the main lines and the express airport train. The room was recently redecorated, and the staff was nice and adaptable! Although close to the railway, the double windows block out the noise. The breakfast was delicious, if you like it sweet.
