My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a few days. It’s in an excellent location, at the top of the Spanish Steps, but away from the central bustle so was convenient to return to for an afternoon rest before heading out again. It had everything we needed for a few days and there’s a couple of small convenience stores very close. We tried a couple of restaurants on Via Sistina too which were very reasonably priced & excellent gluten free options (for me). At first we struggled with one of the keys and the owner called me immediately to help us - great service. We’d definitely return and had a wonderful time.

Getting in requires some steps, but once in, all was good. Great location. Walkable and super close to metro stop to get around city.

We had a great stay there, very convenient and the staff was wonderful. Our only concern was on checking out they request the keys be left in the room, but to get out you need the keys to get out. They need to come up with some solution for that. You need to make Guests aware of the Rome tax.

Plenty of sites, transit options, shopping, and restaurants in this area. Francesca was always friendly and immediate in responding to texts, and “the flower room” was charming. It was small, but very suitable as a landing spot after a full day of experiencing the glories of Rome. We’d stay here again.

This apartment was so close to places like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc and metro. You just go on the metro using your contactless payment or phone, no need to buy tickets. You're only a few stops from St Peters, colosseum etc. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, fridge, shops right next door for food, drink etc. Amazing!

This is a great simple place to stay if you want to be in the hustle/bustle of Rome. It feels like Times Square with all the activity. Lots of places to eat and shop - steps away as are some of the majors sites. The hosts are great, a safe place to leave your luggage if you arrive early and then again, when you check out (10:00am), we picked it up at 17:00 and not issue. The room is very simple, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine and hot water flowed all the time. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room neat/clean. If you have mobility issues - this is not the place for you. A few steps to get up to the elevator, however, the elevator does not always work. The rooms are on the 2nd floor so a long walk if you have heavy luggage to bring up/down. The owner was made aware and responded. I just think it is an older elevator and stuff happens. The owner provided a list of local places to eat, shop etc. and this was helpful. Both the subway and several of the major bus routes are just steps from the hotel. Download the bus/subway app of use Google maps. Easy in/out to the building - access with either the keys provided or the pin pad. For the cost/value we would return.

Excellent access instructions which is huge if you’ve ever had a hard time checking in self-serve. The room was on the street so there was some road noise but overall it was a nice stay.
