We recently went back to Casamatilda seven years after our first visit. What a joy it was to be back it was like seeing old friends back with the host family. We stayed in an apartment different from our first visit and it was also spacious, comfortable and clean. Our family recently added a pool which was a huge benefit. The pool is wonderful and in such a lovely setting. Dogliani is a quiet but authentic piedmont town that is not as winetouristy as barely or lamorra, which I like, but it is close enough to popular towns like alba and surrounding hill towns as well as less visited areas of the southern lange and beyond, including towns like cute and mondo. In my view, Casamatilda's value proposition is unbeatable, with the very spacious and private lodging, friendly hospitality, beautiful and expansive surroundings on the farm, and a quiet junta of the piedmont with much to discover.

We stayed in this apartment for one week, which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was provided and local produce was available for the first day. Casa Matilda is located on a hill overlooking the countryside and village of Dogliani. The rooms and the terrace shared with the other apartments both have great views. The place is great for relaxing while discovering Lang. The owners are very helpful and offer interesting advice in perfect English or French. It is a small bio farm that produces irresistible jams and juices.

They have a very nice owner and good room with an amazing view and pool. The location was close to a lot of tourist places but not close to the tourist attractions. We will definitely return.

I've visited this place a few times, and since they made the products several years ago, the owners still have a nice and helpful manner. They also have great love and respect for the products they sell. The small shop is wonderful, the products are all handmade on the farm. The owner has great knowledge about the area, restaurants, and places to visit. The pool offers a wonderful view of the mountains. Definitely worth a visit.

We look forward to returning and visiting the farm again sometime in the future. Lovely hilltop location with views of Lange Hills, wineries, and fruit fields. Anna and Fabio are fantastic hosts and very helpful in providing tips and excursions. I was also fortunate to learn a little bit more about eco-fr fruit and vegetable farming from Fabio.
