Schöne und saubere Suite mit viel Platz und Bewegungsfreiheit und einer fantastischen Vulkan-Hammam-Dampfdusche. Sehr nettes Personal. Schade nur, dass die Unterkunft über keinen eigenen Pool verfügt.

Ein kurztrip der zum Albtraum wurde mit Baby und Kleinkind. Ich möchte meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel teilen, um andere Urlauber zu warnen. Während unseres Aufenthalts stellte sich heraus, dass die Schlafcouch in unserem Zimmer bereits defekt war. Mein Ehemann wurde beim ersten Benutzen der Couch verletzt, als das Gitter auf seinen Kopf fiel. Trotz sofortiger Meldung des Schadens vor Ort und telefonischer Bestätigung durch die zuständige Dame, kam niemand, um sich den Schaden anzusehen. Wir haben Beweisvideos, die zeigen, dass die Couch bereits vor unserer Ankunft fehlerhaft montiert war. Dennoch weigert sich das Hotel, unsere hinterlegte Kaution von 200 Euro zurückzuerstatten und beschuldigt uns fälschlicherweise, den Schaden verursacht zu haben. Dieser Umgang ist nicht nur unverschämt, sondern grenzt an Betrug. Unser Reiseanbieter Expedia hat ebenfalls keine Reaktion vom Hotel erhalten, was die Situation noch frustrierender macht. Wir sehen uns nun gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten und den Fall zur Anzeige zu bringen. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Urlauber sollten sehr vorsichtig sein und sich bewusst machen, dass ihnen hier möglicherweise Schäden untergejubelt werden. Eine derart unkooperative und betrügerische Vorgehensweise habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bleiben Sie wachsam und überlegen Sie es sich zweimal, bevor Sie hier buchen!
