This is an arthotel in a peaceful and beautiful environment. It is located on the shore and is in an idyllic location. The hotel's main building has very good accommodations and delicious dining. The subterranean spa and many cozy seating areas impressed me. I'd recommend walking around the pond.

This place is not close to a lively setting because the location seems sad and unpleasant. The agriturismo building is 800 meters from a modern central building. The place has a pleasant front desk staff, a green, peaceful setting, and a welcoming atmosphere. The building's flaws are primarily made up by the rather new pool area, the room door's malfunctioning closing, and the room's interior. When you arrive, it would be preferable to be aware of the restaurant's 100 gluten-free, and it is apparent on arrival that the restaurant is 100 gluten-free. The closest, lovely town, Capalbio, is 11 kilometers away if you enjoy gluten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The villa is situated on a magnificent site overlooking the hills in Tuscany. There are two buildings around a mile from each other, and each has a pool. The rooms are simple and do not meet a four-star accommodation or price. The hotel restaurant is excellent and well-managed. The restaurant's personnel are polite and prepared, however, it is not the same for the reception employees. When we first arrived, the lady at the front desk was almost rude and did not attempt to explain the facilities or the layout of the property. That is, if you want to use the massage pool while staying at the main villa, you must pay a fee to rent a bike, a fee to hire a golf cart, and even a fee to use the massage pool by 15 euros. Also, if you want a bathrobe, you must pay 7 euros and a towel, another 2 euros. They add additional costs, which is disgusting. These should be included when one pays 250 euros per night. In conclusion, I wouldn't return and can't recommend the accommodation. I would stay somewhere else and enjoy the view of the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Very friendly staff, and nice location. If you want to drink something or just take a walk by the lake or use the spa, you can stay on the pool side or use the spa, all decisions are yours. However, you shouldn't eat at the restaurant because the cuisine was different from the area.
