Nach anfänglichen Problemen beim Einchecken (interne Komunikation) durch Entgegenkommen des Managements einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Neben der traumhaften Lage war die absolute Ruhe dafür mit ausschlaggebend (Nebensaison) Großzügiges Appartement, bequem, sauber. Besonders freundliches Management! Werden wieder kommen.

Costa Paradiso è molto suggestiva. La struttura in posizione molto bella, anche se un po' fuori mano, e non vicinissima alle spiaggie: comunque perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale: ampio, pulito e bene attrezzato con terrazzo vista mare e piscina. Piuttosto singolare dover pagare (cari) lenzuola e asciugamani come extra: a questo va aggiunto anche il costo della pulizia finale; quindi il conto coplessivo lievita e non di poco. Complessivamente un piacevole soggiorno. Ci tornerei: magari portando lenzuola e asciugamani da casa!!

Struttura eccellente in tutti gli aspetti. Le uniche pecche le abbiamo riscontrate nella pulizia degli utensili da cucina (pentolame, posate e piatti trovati sporchi da precedenti ospiti). Altra pecca mancanza di spazi con animazione e ritrovo se non quelli privati nei quali anche per andare a prensersi un caffè bisognerebbe pagare l'ingresso (5 €. al giorno a persona). Per tutto il resto struttura e personale eccellente. Gradita disponibilità e cortesia dimostrata dalla ragazza alla reception.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans notre appartement : en hauteur la situation de l hôtel vous offre une vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, des couchers de soleil magnifiques pendant les repas, au calme (enfin cela va dépendre de votre voisinage... Peu d intimité sur les balcons). Propre et neuf, l intérieur est bien ammenagé avec clim. Nous avons très bien dormi sur la literie. Vous profiterez de la piscine, seul bémol il n y a pas de parasol. La personne de l hôtel est agréable et disponible. A noter, la récéption est fermée entre 10h et 15h (ouverte jusqu à 20h). Nous recommandons!

Résidence de vacances plus qu'un hôtel. Une petite pièce avec un petit jeune Italien qui vous enregistre et vous indique que la réservation pour 2 nuits n'inclus pas les draps (10 euros par personne), les serviettes de toilette (8 euros), le ménage (60 euros) et, le comble, la consommation d'électricité (50 euros sachant qu'il n'y a même pas la clim). En résumé, nous étions 6 et avons payé 250 euros en plus pour 2 jours !!! Pas de négociation possible : il est employé et a des consignes. Attention donc à ces suppléments qui doublent quasiment la note. C'est dommage car résidence avec petits bâtiments et piscines privatives pour chaque lot. Idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Costa Paradiso, magnifique région de Sardaigne. Voiture indispensable. Appartements très bien équipés. Le canapé lit pour 2 personnes n'est pas très confortable. Pas de climatisation.

No se de que se queja la gente sobre este complejo de apartamentos, ya que son preciosos y confortables. Quizás no haya televisión pero en las vacaciones es lo mejor que te puede pasar así puedes disfrutar más de la belleza de el paisaje y de la compañía. Además si te gustan los animales, al atardecer aparecen unos simpáticos jabalíes a reclamar parte de tu cena ( son adorables). Por lo tanto estas experiencias que hemos vivido nosotros junto a las increíbles vistas, a las increíbles playas de Cerdeña sea el suficientemente motivo para que escojáis gravina resort para vuestras vacaciones. Wunderschön ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Wildschweine kommen zum Pool. Es ist nicht super sauber, weil recht viel Staub und Sand von den Bergen kommt aber es ist wunderschön gelegen. Unser Appartment war sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Der Pool war toll und sauber. Wir fanden es toll.

Im Großen und Ganzen Super! Die Wildschweine nerven ein wenig, Die Abfallsammelstellen werden zu selten geleert weswegen auch im Umkreis alles vermüllt ist. Die Übergänge von der Straße zu den Parkplätzen sind nicht selten 20cm tiefe Krater. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes sind Leute angereist, die das ganze mit Malle verwechselt haben. Die Bereiche um die Rezeption inkl. Pool und Sportbereiche könnten etwas Pflege brauchen. Das in der Beschreibung aufgeführte GYM haben wir vergeblich gesucht.

es ideal para desconectar y descansar pero estuvimos conociendo la isla y esta lejos de los lugares obligados de ir...El apartamento esta bien de tamaño, hay que quejarse de la limpieza que te lo entregan sucio y con la ropa de cama sucia y encima te cobran 60E de limpieza (algo incongruente) y tb queja de los utensilios del apartamento, pocos.Al hacer el checkin llegamos después de las 22:00 y nos cobraron 20E....aparte te cobran 7e diarios de gastos(de alucinar) Tiene piscina para después de las excursiones que hicimos. Sehr schlechter Geruch im Bad, Gläser und Besteck nicht akzeptabel, keine Weingläser (5 unterschiedliche kleine Gläser, die Qualität des Bestecks ist Stand von 1960), unbefriedigende Küchenausstattung (Kochen war nicht möglich), Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra, darauf sollte vorher hingewiesen werden.

Casa confortevole e pulita dotata di aria condizionata e Wifi. Piscina pulitissima. Condominio molto riservato adatto a persone che cercano tranquillità. A 5min dai negozie 15min dalle spiaggie di costa paradiso.

Siamo stati al Gravina dal 9 al 23 agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Costa paradiso è molto bella, si tratta di una zona piena di villette private e residence, con zone di negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. All'interno di costa paradiso c'è anche uno sporting club con piscina, campo da tennis,animazione, parchetto per i bambini e ristorante. Il Gravina ha le piscine per ogni gruppo di appartamenti e rimangono così poco affollate. La piscina è accessibile anche di notte in quanto con luce. Lo staff è molto gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Non si tratta di un Hotel, non ci si deve dunque aspettare una reception 24 h su 24h, ma sicuramente estenderei l'orario di permanenza dello staff. Ad ogni nodo, come nel nostro caso, se si avvisano in anticipo, restano a disposizione fuori normale orario, come per esempio per il nostro arrivo che è stato alle 23. Non è una struttura di lusso, ma è nuova e gli arredi, i muri e il resto sono nuovi e tenuti molto bene. Ottima la pulizia. Nonostante il periodo, non abbiamo trovato il posto caotico, in quanto molto grande. Gli appartamenti sono a doppia esposizione e quindi ventilati. Non c'è bisogno di aria condizionata. E' presente il wi-fi gratuito per ogni appartamento. Ci diamo trovati davvero bene! Consiglio sicuramente!

Et dejligt resort. Dejlig stor lejlighed. Poolen dejlig, og rart at der ikke er så mange om at dele. Området er meget roligt Området Costa paradiso er meget smukt. Fantastisk solnedgange. Et fantastisk udgangspunkt for ture nordpå og sydpå. Dog skal man være obs på at der kræves bil for at komme rundt. Li cossi stranden er helt specielt. Inden for 15-30 min findes der de mest fantastiske sand strande , hvor vandet er helt fantastisk. Supermarked ca 800 meter væk er vel udstyret men dyrt. 20 min væk i badesi stort supermarked og det er billigt og godt. Vi synes ikke det var et problem at køre for at handle, vi gjorde det gerne når vi havde været på udflugt. Anbefaler nettunsgrotte, castelsardo, Mount limba, s. Teresa hvor der ligger spiaggia bianca. Og cala Reparate, bianca bliver hurtigt fyldt, men der er en fantastisk Vandretur ved stranden. Tur til madeline øerne, li cossi stranden og capo testa valle del Luna er helt fantastisk. Så kom endelig afsted.

El departamento era comodo para seis personas PEROOOOO.... había 1 cuchillo y 2 tenedores (el faltante alguien lo vio?), me cobraron 60 Euros para limpieza y debíamos dejar todo limpio ...????? Nos cobraron las sabanas y las toallas, las camas no tenían colcha o acolchado. O sea, el departamento me salio mas caro que alquilar en Tailandia.
