The property was super clean and in an amazing location for getting to all of the major attractions. The reception makes it super easy to check in when they’re not there, it’s very detailed. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great deal. If we come back to Rome, we would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Guest House Grazioli The location is amazing, all the main sites are a short walk away. There is an Irish pub, shop and plenty of places to eat about a minute walk away The room we had was a perfect size for us as a couple staying for 5 nights. It was clean and well maintained. There is no staff located in the guest house but they come in every day to clean and offer any help or advice. If you do need to talk to someone there is a phone number to call, but to be honest there is everything you need so there’s no need to make a call. The rooms are all next door to each other but you don’t hear anything from any other rooms Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Rome next year

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and there was enough space. The bed was comfortable. The location was great and within walking distance of many sights and places to eat.

Muy buena ubicación y muy buena habitación. Sin embargo es extraño dado que llegas a un edificio en el que no hay nadie esperándote hay que tocar un timbre y esperar que alguien baje. Mi sugerencia es contactar al hotel antes de la llegada para anunciar el momento de arribo.

The location was ideal for absolutely everything! Rooms are modern and comfortable. Just what we needed for two days. Service was poor on checking in and there was never anyone around if we had questions. Overall was a lovely stay

Wir hatten nur 5 Minuten zu laufen und waren schon am Pantheon. Alle Piazzas sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer War neu renoviert, täglich War der Zimmerservice da und hat u.a. die Kaffeemaschine aufgefüllt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely place couldn't fault this place I was expecting it to be a lot smaller but when we walked in it was very spacious lovely and clean, very comfortable. Wonderful location loved walking the streets of Rome and this place was very handy to them all. Will be back for sure

Excelente localização. O quarto era muito bom, tudo novo e bem limpo. A Marta, pessoa que nos recebeu, super simpática e atenciosa, inclusive reservou nosso taxi de volta ao aeroporto. Somente uma nota de atenção, como o local não dispõe de recepcão, não deixem de combinar o horário de chegada para que alguem esteja lá no momento que quiser entrar no quarto.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Guest House Grazioli. The owners Gabriele and Marta were very nice. They gave us a warm welcoming even though we arrived at the hotel quite late. They had great recommendations and very knowledgable of local area. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again when in Rome.

This is a wonderful guest house. The location is amazing - very close to the colosseum, Altarre della Patria, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. The owners met us when we arrived, gave us a map and restaurant recommendations, but we did not see them again. They were there to clean the room daily, while we were out. This was fine with us - the room was all we needed. It was new, clean and very nice. The large window opens to a nice piazza. This guest house is priced very well for the location! We had a great time and would return!

Welcoming, charming hosts, Marta and Gabrielo met us when we arrived! We were shown the suite and told how everything works. They do not live onsite so get all of the info that you need when you see them. Beautiful, newly renovated space on 4th floor of 900 year old building.There are just a few private suites with locks behind another locked door. Very safe, quiet location, historic piazza close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, monuments of Rome within walking distance. Air conditioner that cools the room immediately. French doors open to a view of the courtyard below. Very little traffic goes by this building. Tiny elevator that works well if you don't want to climb the stairs. This is a building that is occupied by personal apartments. It is not a hotel, however, they have a coffee and tea maker and a mini bar and some snacks. I loved this place, highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again.

We had an initial itch with the check in since I have to spend some time on the phone with Expedia to understand how to get the info to do the self check in .After this,everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in accomodating my request. The location is fantastic. The building where the guest house is, is a bit run down but the room is clean,conformable and it had everything we needed.
