Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz ve mutfakli odada kaldik. Bizim icin ekonomik ve güzel bir 3 gündü. Ev sahibi cok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Evin konumu her yere yuruyerek en fazla ki.o da nehir kıyısı 20dakika. Diger yerler 10-15 dakika da hızınıza gore yürünebilir.

Прекрасное расположение,по прямой по этой улице можно неспешным шагом дойти до Понто Векье минут за 20-25. Хороший большой номер , есть чайник, стол, холодильник, можно утром позавтракать прямо в номере. Недалеко супермаркет. Есть два недостатка: номер был на 4- ом этаже .здание старое и без лифта. И второй недостаток- это очень слабый кондиционер. В жару в номере находиться невозможно. А ,в общем, за эту цену очень приличный гестхауз.

Thus hotel is quite comfortable and has a lot of Florentine charm. The location is excellent and this hotel has a very good price-quality ratio. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Este hotel es muy cómodo y tiene mucho encanto Florentino. La ubicación es fenomenal; parece que tiene una relación precio calidad muy buena. La cama en particular fue muy cómoda.

It was a nice room with a refrigerator and coffee maker,and a fabulous air conditioner, as it was summer in Florence and very hot and humid. The location was excellent, close but yet within a nice neighborhood, with a grocery store and laundry mat very close by. The manager was always there during the day and was there to meet us as we arrived around 5:30pm in the afternoon. Overall a very nice and affordable place in Florence.

Отель - квартиры в старом доме, очень крутая и узкая лестница. Есть кухня со всеми причиндалами, но нет розеток, куда можно включить чайник, к примеру, для этого нужно передвинуть холодильник, хорошо что он маленький. Очень неудобный санузел. Телевизор не коммутируется ни с чем - учите итальянский. Состояние средней пошарпанности, но почти в центре города, до всех достопримечательностей можно пешком дойти. Номера названы именами великих людей, наш был в честь Галилея - вид во двор, последний этаж.

Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e un pò più problematico con auto. Molti ottimi ristoranti e osterie vicine. In 15' a piedi si è in centro o alla stazione di SMN. Accoglienza precisa e cortese. Disponibilità del gestore a richieste semplici. Potrebbe migliorare tantissimo con poco: riscaldamento bagno (riscaldatore elettrico non funzionante) e camera (inverter debole), boiler elettrico bagno "regge" solo due docce e due rasature, box doccia con tenda e non con sportello (il bagno si "allaga"), manca bidet (ma non credo sia montabile nel pochissimo spazio a disposizione), in dotazione solo 2 asciugamani grandi da bagno (perchè non fornirne anche 2 più piccoli per il viso?)

The host was hospitable and she was helpful and will assist you with your itinerary. The B&B is about 10-15 mins walk from the Duomo, the city center and many attractions. Florence is a compact city - very walkable. The room was clean and spacious. *The biggest downside was the noise outside the building, we were there on the weekend - so it may not always be the case. Our overall experience was good and the noise did not keep us awake :), we recommend this place to stay when you're in Florence.

Posizione ottima, centralissima e non difficile da raggiungere sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici dalla stazione. Unica pecca secondo/terzo piano senza ascensore, con scaline strestte strette e il Wi-Fi funzionante a saltelli. Per il resto ottima qualità-prezzo

La struttura si trova in un palazzo antico di Firenze, le camere sono spaziose, pulite, ordinate, anche a non al top, basterebbe una piccola revisione generica per renderlo perfetto, anche per quanto riguarda la colazione. Il nostro soggiorno è andato bene e consigliamo la struttura per brevi permanenze di un paio di giorni.

The room is big and the cleaning lady is nice to u. However the shower bath was clogged which filled up in the bath. I saw the a bug in the bathroom.Our room is on the top of floor. It is OK that no elevator but also no light on the stairway which cause my husband fell. We end up to light up from our cell phone. Overall the room we rent is ok. It needs a renovation.

Not that easy to find the way to the hotel, guess this is normal in Florence. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Nice landlord.
