HOUSE RULES
1) Check-in times are from 2pm to 10.30pm. If you are asked to check in earlier and if it is possible, you can ONLY leave your suitcases in the apartment and return when it is clean, i.e. 2pm. You cannot use the apartment because the cleaning staff cannot be interrupted during the cleaning.
If you check in after 10.30 pm there is a surcharge, as stated in the welcome message.
→ If the number of guests present at check-in is greater than that indicated on the booking number, each additional guest will pay 30 euros per day (while during holidays the extra is 40 euros per day per additional person).
2) During the check in you will be explained both the useful information on the structure you have booked, on the functioning and on the good rules to follow. Among which:
- Payment must be made on arrival with the desired method (cash, bank transfer or credit card). Only EUROS are accepted.
-We need guests to be recognized through an identity card or passport. People without documents or with invalid documents are not accepted.
- Only two sets of keys are delivered, if you lose one, a penalty of 30 euros will be applied. Do not turn the keys on the door when it is open, otherwise we will have to call a locksmith to fix it. Don't even leave your keys pinned to the door.
- If the air conditioning, bathrooms or anything else does not work, complaints will be accepted within 12 hours of your arrival.
- Parties or the introduction of unknown people inside the apartment are not allowed.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
-From 10 in the evening to 8 in the morning - in compliance with the rules of the building - it is not allowed to make noise, keep the music or television at high volume or move the furniture.
- When using the lift, remember to close the doors otherwise it will not work and you will be blocked, or you will prevent other people from using it.
-Avoid making children play with the electric buttons of the shutters, the remote controls of the air conditioners or thermostats.
-In the WC you can ONLY unload toilet paper, do not throw away hair, sanitary towels, or other material. Use ONLY TOILET PAPER.
3) Pets are welcome, but their presence must be communicated at the time of booking.
4) Cleaning is included in the payment of your stay, including linen, towels and hand soap. Any damage to the structure or disastrous conditions of the kitchen area (dishes to wash) will be charged separately.
The cleaning of the structure is done before and after your stay; linen is changed only for stays of more than six days. If you need additional linen, please inform the staff.
5) To avoid waste and energy consumption that damages the environment, we ask you to turn off the light, air conditioners / heating every time you leave the structure and to close the taps when you are not using the water.
6) Check out is until 10 am and that time must be respected or possibly agreed with the staff. Unagreed delays will not be tolerated because the staff will have to do the cleaning for the next guests.
