We had an excellent experience staying here. Bruno provided us with exceptional hospitality, always making himself available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The location is amazing, surrounded by great restaurants, 1 block from Spanish steps and 15 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The accommodations are located on a lively and vibrant street, we loved everything about this place. Can’t say enough about how wonderful Bruno was. We will return back to this property because of him!

I fior de mario suites is in a wonderful location - one street from the Spanish stairs and in the heart of the shopping district. The suite we stayed in was very clean, nicely furnished, very spacious, with a large modern bathroom and a bed that was one of Italys most comfy. We had a pull-out sofa for our family of three which was also very comfortable. Aircorn was excellent, especially with the heat wave in Rome and there were complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Paula and bruno welcomed us to the apartment and helped check in and out of our luggage up the stairs, ground floor. They were both extremely warm and helpful, and they offered excellent tips for restaurants and bars, and arranged a fantastic driver to the airport. Note that this suite is more like an airing room because there is no hotel reception, but Paula bruno are excellent hosts, very accessible and responsive.

The rooms are lovely and spotless clean, with the beds being the most comfortable. It is also close to all the local attractions, which are only 510 minutes away, as well as some excellent restaurants right outside your door. When we went to Rome, the food at Rigoletto 34, which is next to your room, was the best we've ever had, and the man who works there is a nice guy too. The birthday celebration of our daughter, who was celebrating her 30th birthday, made our trips to this lovely city even more memorable. Thank you, bruno.

I am very disappointed to this hotel. The location is ideal as everyone agrees. very enjoyable morning walks and dinner at night. 2 blocks from the pains metro. This is not trivial I once stayed at a Marriott in Rome that ended up far from the main attractions and had to pay for taxis every day which was a hassle. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The room was quiet. My girlfriend and I shared a complimentary bottle of water. The wifi worked fine. The place was clean. The room was small and had no good places to put our luggage but the floor. Its certainly not a suite. The name of the place is misleading. Its basically just a few private rooms that are rented in a residential building. Its not like an airing, no kitchen, bob, no breakfast, no hotel, and no inn. The host calls it a guest house. I'm not even sure what that is. There are few resources to help you schedule a dinner or prepare your trip because there is no concierge or full time staff. We felt rushed at check in. Taxis are offered from the airport but cost more than a normal taxi 48. Value. The value of this location is $100$ 140, but calculation changes as some full service hotels start at $150, so it depends on what you need and want. Our stay was pleasant enough without any hard feelings, but

I received a Whatsapp message the day before my visit with all instructions. We arrived early at 6. Am flight and were allowed to leave our luggage while the apartment was cleaned. Bruno was very welcoming and gave us lots of advice that was very useful and he was ready when we needed him. The apartment had a kitchen, fridge and hairdryer – essential! However, 3 of us stayed there and only 1 breakfast bowl and 2 spoons! But I'm sure if we asked we would have received them. Everything is nearby and it's very central. The only drawback is that the nearby eateries had lots of deliveries early in the morning and packing up at night. However, don't let that discourage you!.

I had a great time at this amazing stateroom, for 5 nights. When our flight was canceled by Ryanair, we had to shift to another hotel, and the owner, Paula, did everything in her power to assist us in locating another place to stay. The room itself is very clean, the location is fantastic, and the bathroom is fully equipped and roomy. I can only say that this is a great place to stay that should be viewed and highly recommended.

The location is outstanding. The security for the entry ways is excellent--automatic locks and passcodes. Naturally, being in an old city building, there are some quirky diagonal walls and odd steps up into the bathroom. The 2 bedrooms were clean with a surprising amount of room. The host was outstanding and communicated the check-in and information very well. The bathroom is a little old fashioned and quite dark. And without a kitchen space of any kind, some glasses and coffee cups were available on a desk. The glasses were actually quite filthy; that was a surprise. I've stayed at other hotels and apartments in the immediate area. This one's location was great, but it needs some improvements to compete.
