Perfect spot in the heart of Isola quarter - spotless clean flat, highly recommend for your stay in Milan.

This stay was a disaster for me and my disabled brother, with my needing to travel to a hard-to-find office inside the huge Central Station to be given the key---an 8 euro trip in a cab from the property ( or an 18 minute walk) from where we had arrived outside the locked apartment's courtyard--and in the rain with cases. No one to greet us. At the office, none of the three telephonists were friendly or helpful, and brusquely handed me the key. After a return taxi trip (another 8 euro) to the courtyard, I managed to get in , but the room was a mess, and no beds made up, etc. After phone calls I was told it would be a three hour wait for a cleaner, who was still there when we returned. No apology from management verbally or in writing, and no offer of compensation for the three hours we spent ( in a nearby cafe) unable to see any attractions in Milan that afternoon. A wasted day. And the glass shower-screen mechanism was broken The only positives were that Via Borsieri is a great area for night-time eating, with adventurous fusion cuisine, and the flat was liveable in, although not especally attractive . It was affordable. So I advise tourists to stay away from this poorly run Italianway chain of Milanese apartments---disorganised, mean, and tourist-unfriendly management
