The apartment is very nice and had a washing machine which was a bonus. Very close to the metro and next to a lively town square.

Very spacious and comfortable stay for our family of 7. We would highly recommend this place! The only downsides were the noise—expected, since it’s so close to the Trevi Fountain—and the lack of a dryer. Other than that, the stay was absolutely amazing!

My husband, son, and I stayed at this hotel for a week from August 21 to August 29 2017. application is the most popular method of making reservations, but I make reservations in a hurry because there was no free cancellation. I pay the entire week out of pocket, about two months before our trip, without realizing that as we made our plans, some days it was impossible to return to stay at the same hotel, I wrote booking. They have tried to make my request to cancel at least two days out of nine days, but the Roma House Hotel has not been really accommodating and has refused my request. When we arrived, I asked for at least one night to be canceled and they refused, so we ended up spending a few nights at two hotels. The room was excellent, in a clean location near the Terminal Station, and the breakfast was excellent. They must improve customer service, the woman in front is nice, but the man with poor customer service does not even smile and does not speak English very well. When we checked out, I asked if everything was meant for us to leave, and he didn't understand and started arguing with us, still not sure what the issue was. Due to two issues, we returned to the hotel late at night, as usual, and we discovered a second set of keys hanging from the room's front door, and when we opened, the door was unlocked, again

The location of this hotel is close to the train station and also the friendly staff is very helpful. The service also is very good with their breakfast which we can ask for if we arrive early but they allow us early check in. And of course they have a restaurant near the hotel.

We had a great time here with the cousins. The breakfast was great with delectable croissants, and the receptionist was very kind. When I come back to Rome, I will definitely stay at a Roma House.

Stayed here while studying abroad for university. Great prices for large groups, but the rooms were not my favorite. Our bathroom was very gross and the smell got worse during our brief three day stay. Our shower wasn't very clean either, so the bathroom was a major deal breaker for me. The mattresses were fine, but the pillows were very flat. Breakfast in the morning. Beautiful outdoor terrace. The community kitchen is convenient. Elevator only accommodates two, which is not very convenient if you have luggage to carry up about five flights of stairs. Air conditioning and wifi are provided, but wifi on the terrace does not work. Convenient location, 5 minute walk from terming station with trains and buses, but close enough to city sites if desired. The area of town wasn't the prettiest. If you want clean and comfortable bathrooms, this is not your place to stay.

I would not recommend it for a family. The place is good because it is close to the railway station. The atmosphere was peaceful with the air conditioning. The mattresses were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave us additional pillows. The cleanliness was good, as the hotel's location is close to the train station. But a few things did really wreck the day for me, like the smell of the toilet and the constant pounding noise of the electric toilet processing whatever food you fed it. When we run the water, the toilet dispose would start, which was just plain gross and very loud for those who wanted to sleep in the room. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, but the mattresses were great.

Logement très bien placé, grand, propre et bien entretenu, accueil ponctuel et agréable. peut-être un petit effort a faire sur les fenêtres qui ne ferment pas très bien mais n'occasionnent pas de désagrément. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjours. Une petite mention pour le resto en face du logement qui est très bien.
