The view was outstanding. The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfy. We had a bottle of wine in our room and snacks which was unexpected but so nice to receive. I would recommend this spot to everyone..

We had an amazing stay at Le Camere Di Paolo! Located at the top of Riomaggiore, it provides beautiful views of the town away from the crowds. With access to both in-town elevators, travelling back and forth is rather easy and takes minimal time. Paolo himself is super sweet and very accommodating! He communicates with you prior to your stay and provide simple directions to arrive at the residence, to make sure you feel very welcomed and ensure your stay is as seamless as possible! After travelling to all 5 towns of Cinque, we would not want to stay anywhere else. This stay was amazing!

First let's start with the property. Gorgeous, spacious, so well maintained it looks as if they completed renovations just yesterday. The room was also beautiful, the bathroom was modern, clean and perfect, no notes. The proximity to the town was great and yet it was so quiet. The view was spectacular!! We have stayed in many places such as this and Paolo was amazing, absolutely rates at the top. Paolo was easy to communicate and quick to respond. If I were coming back to Riomaggiore I would not look anywhere else. If you have made it to the end of this review and not booked it already.... Thank You again Paolo.

The room is nely renovated with a beautiful view and many unexpected amenities… we really loved the wine & cakes…. But also appreciated the plates & cutlery for breakfasts in, the laundry soap & drying rack and the dish soap. Paolo is an excellent, thoughtful and conscientious host. Beds comfortable and we were able to keep the room cool for a comfortable sleep. I’d say beware of hills… but there are hills everywhere so it should be expected!

Paolo was an excellent, attentive host. We loved the room, the view, and the location. With the lifts available in town, it is very easy to get up to the rooms and back down to the main street or train station. I would enthusiastically recommend this place to anybody who plans to visit Cinque Terre, and I hope to someday return.

Paolo was a great help to us and the hotel was very nice clean and safe. It had everything we needed. It is located near the castle in Riomaggiore. There is an elevator to get down to the Church for 2 Euro. We walked and took the stairs but as in most places in Riomaggiore there is a lot of vertical to get from the water up to most places.
