I can't wait to return. Lots of people reserve cheap and mediocre rooms for their holidays and argue it out loud by saying why spend money on a room where I only go to sleep once. I have always thought that the room you pick is an essential part of the experience, and it should be a place that you're happy to return to in the evening. Le stance di teodorico is an excellent and pleasant stone building, pretty central and isolated so crowd noise is out of control. The rooms are tasteful, modern, and clean, with flat-screen televisions that stream Netflix and other services, a tiny kitchen where you could make meals, but why wouldn't you dine in Orvieto!, a really cozy bed for a good night's sleep, and a lovely bathroom with chromatotherapy shower lights. The manager, Sabrina, is wonderful and incredibly helpful.
