La masseria et le cadre sont exceptionnels. Les logements se trouvent dans les dépendances, ils sont très grands et très propres. Bon petit déjeuner et le personnel est très agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et c était très agréable. Un petit conseil si vous chercher un bon resto allez faire un tour à Fasano : Pentole e provette (repas délicieux et un des serveurs parle français si vous avez besoin d explications sur les plats).

This place is close to a small village with churches and squares and hectares of countryside with olive trees. The staff can help us with breakfast and I ask for more food, because this place is different from other hotels.

We stopped at Masseria Macconi to learn about the production of olive oil and to taste it as part of a local bike tour. Alessandro was amazing, extremely passionate about his old family business and the importance of distinguishing between cheapbogus extra virgin olive oil and the genuine one. Contrasting the ancient millstones still in place but now decorative and no longer turned by donkeys! Also, the modern production facility is great, and it makes me wonder if current tastes will enjoy what they once considered to be highquality oils. The tasting was extremely educational. I now know very well what difference is between quality extra virgins and inexpensive massproduced products. Even though we all wanted to buy, there was no attempt to sell us anything. It was an amazing visit, so I highly recommend stopping by.

Visiting public will highly suit. Alex is very passionate about his family's masseria and fully comprehends the history and modern procedure of making extra virgin olive oil. He can teach you how to distinguish between high-quality olive oil and low-quality. This is highly advised.

Although we didn't stay here, we came for a morning tour to learn about olive oil. Very educational and fascinating, a highlight of our trip. We scheduled an email to Alessandro and he responded immediately. We will never drink lamp oil again.

We had an exciting encounter with alessandro, who demonstrates his dedication to providing the finest extra virgin olive oil. He explained how the oil sector has evolved over the years and how new discoveries and investments produce fantastic oils. After a tutored tasting, we placed orders for 2 boxes of the new season's scrumptious oil that was shipped directly to Scotland. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, alessandro.
