This is a stunning, rustic, and active place forever in motion. My husband and I stayed in novena for 4 nights with our dog and had a cottage to ourselves. The people who run the hotel are incredibly dedicated and thoughtful, and we enjoyed getting to know them over the course of our stay. Its a little like an adult summer camp, although kids are a plus! There is a range of activities you can choose from. We loved lunch at Fabrizios and wine tasting.

Novanta bietet ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Man wird während des Aufenthalts ein Teil der herzlichen Novanta-Familie. Die Speisen für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen sind ausgezeichnet und alle mit viel Liebe selbst zubereitet. Die Anlage ist an traumhafter Lage mit wunderschöner Weitsicht mitten in der Natur.

This is all you want if you love unique, special places. Perfect if you want to be active; for sure you have to go on a mountainbike trip, or go for a hike. And also perfect if you want to escape the daily rush you are used to. Excellent food, friendly staff, lovely and clean rooms. Just go and find out yourself. You won’t be sorry :-)

The place is really nice and has a very good atmosphere. The vibe is very nice. We only went there once, and this time it was our third time. The food is very delicious, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel village has grown into a whole valley with lots of activities, great cuisine, and a friendly Italian family atmosphere.

The place, the people, and the food all blended to make my vacation memorable, I had the best time of my life I spent one week out on notvena going on walks, swimming in the pool and river and doing really fun activities proposed by the hotel staff thank you

I hope to be here in November in the future. The staff were very kind. The view was breathtaking, plus the location was high in the Tuscan mountains, which is really a wonderful experience. The food here was delicious and you can see what life was like when you came here from many years ago.

There is a fantastic location, a good vibe, a great atmosphere, a great hotel, and a great staff. We had a fantastic time cooking and foraging at Novena. We did a lot of foraging, which was incredibly instructive, and we cooked with some of the food we had hunted, which was enjoyable. But nearly six months later, novena promised to send foraging notes and recipes. We were able to get some foraging notes by repeatedly contacting the man in charge of it, but the recipes were never shown, so it severely disrupted the experience and made us unhappy with our vacation.
