Great location and views. Nice towels. Comfortable beds. Apt spacious and host left us fruit and milk in the kitchen. Host helped us get our luggage to hotel and then to parking. Also helped at checkout. Host gave great restaurant recommendations. Only issue is shower would be small for a large person.

Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable bedding which is always a plus. In the photos there was a jacuzzi which turned out to be in one of the private appt, so there was no access to it. The listing mentions bar items complimentary it had a milk and a water bottle and a few mini juice bottles which were a nice touch. A fruit basket and hot drinks pods... two smart tvs connected and fully functional. The balcony opens up on a gorgeous seaview. We had access issue on one of the days but that was resolved real fast. We struggled to find a place to place our luggage after check out. So it's worth organising that before travel and locating active storage shops.

Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal. A true gem!

Incredible property with views that are out of this world! Communication was top notch. I would recommend the valet parking option because the self park is 15 minutes away. The area is really busy.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious room/apartment right on the water in Ortigia. Seriously one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever stayed in my life and I’m not exaggerating. Location to die for, literally 10 feet from the bay and beautiful walks along the water with cafe’s/restaurants also feet away. All the staff were lovely, but Barbara was incredible and helped me by arranging a doctor to come to the hotel when I needed a prescription. Ortigia is just the right mix of classy and touristy too. Oh and they arranged a driver to take us to the train station and greeted us when we arrived later than the normal time. This property cannot be missed if you are coming to the Siracusa area!! Only regret was that we didn’t book for longer!! It was truly the best part of our trip to Sicily.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. A Fabulous room with a Hutub on the terrace overlooking the sea was amazing. Services provided by the hotel was exceptional. They are so friendly & kind. I can’t wait stay there again

Our family of 4 loved everything about this property! The location was perfect. We watched the sunset every night from our private terrace. There was a gentleman playing the accordion during sunset that added to the ambiance. The hosts were very friendly and informative. They gave us lots of great suggestions on places to eat and what to see! We would definitely stay here again should we come back to beautiful Ortigia! Thank you so much!

너무도 아름다운 바다뷰가 보이는 곳입니다. 저녁에 호텔 밖에 아코디언을 연주하는 분의 음악소리가 들리고 황홀한 석양이 지는 모습이 비현실적일만큼 멋졌어요. 오래동안 기억될 시간이였습니다. 호텔 내부도 깨끗하고 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변에 맛집도 많고 위치도 매우 만족스러웠어요 추천해요

Absolutely wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. We had Apartment Aretusa with its own private balcony and hot tub and have not stayed anywhere better. The views over the harbour are fantastic and the city is a joy to explore. Alessandro was really helpful and spent some time explaining where to go and what to see. It was a perfect romantic weekend away.

A very well located hotel by the sea with a superb sea view. Spacious and clean and a helpful host. There was some renovation and problems with the front door when when we were there. The water pressure was also low. Apart from that it was very nice

The views and service provided make this a must stay. The view, just incredible, you’re right on the water. The team were very helpful and supportive leading into check in and arranging parking. Location is so close to everything, but does get allot of noise from the bars and night party cruises. The place is nicely renovated and decorated, with a generous amount of space. The actual shower is quite small and doesn’t have great water pressure. There isn’t a washing machine, although this is listed as an available amenity.

This was a beautiful property with ample space and amazing views. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The only snag was that we slept at the property on a Saturday night and I was woken up a few times by noisy passerby. Also parking was a good 20 minutes away at a daily charge of 15 euros. Otherwise absolutely excellent.
