This hotel is located in an old building in the centre of old town Sienna, The Hotel and rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable with the feel of a home rather than a hotel. The room had great facilities and a beautiful four poster bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful recommending things to see and do in Sienna. The breakfast was really good too

Nice hotel with very nice staff. The room we booked was too hot and the AC didn't work very well. The hotel staff quickly upgraded us to another room that was much more comfortable and had a wonderful view of the tower from the window (it is the room with the blue bedding and canopy). The bed was a little hard for our taste and the pillow a bit flat, but overall it was quite nice, and a great price. The location was fabulous for easy access around Siena. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We had a large room with cathedral ceiling, comfy bed, high pressure shower. The location in perfect and we had a great view of the tower from our room! Nice breakfast too!

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro de las atracciones turísticas de Siena (ciudad medieval). Múltiples tiendas para comprar ropa, zapatos, souvenirs. Llena de restaurantes. Llegamos temprano y nos guardaron amablemente las maletas, mientras llegaba la hora de hacer check in (el cual hicimos hasta la noche). Muy amables nos dieron la bienvenida y nos detallaron los servicios del hotel. La habitación cómoda, elegante, muy agradable, limpia. Baño limpio con todo funcionando. Bien equipado. La decoración de época (en una ciudad medieval se antoja así). El desayuno bueno y sabroso (café cappucino, jugo, fruta, jamón, quesos, youghurt, mermelada, pan tostado, mantequilla), lo necesario para empezar el día. Esta en el tercer piso, pero tiene elevador. La entrada es engañosa, pues hay comercios, medio oscura y escondida, pero al subir al tercer piso, la cosa cambia y ves que tu primera impresión no le hace honor al hotel.

La struttura è praticamente a due passi da piazza del campo, sulla via principale di Siena, piena di negozi, particolarmente adatta a chi vuole fare (anche) shopping. Le stanze sono pulite, carine, il personale molto disponibile e gentile (Roberto, addetto alla reception ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili sui posti da visitare), la colazione variegata, per tutti i gusti, volendo si può fare colazione anche in camera...(colgo l'occasione per salutare la signora addetta alla colazione- molto carina). Dovessi ritornare, sceglierei la stessa struttura.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to Piazza del Campo. Right in the center of everything; shopping, restaurants... Felt secure with a locked outer door to the hotel area in addition to our room door. Breakfast was good. Typical European meal with baked goods, cereal, yogurt, fruit... Loved Siena. Beautiful area. Enjoyed the less hectic atmosphere after several days in Rome.

The hotel location was perfect! The staff was very helpful and kind. Great breakfast included with the room. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom was too. The bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but pretty good for Europe. I'd highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Siena!

Rummet var superfint och kändes riktigt lyxigt. Det fanns mini-bar och även plats för att lägga in sina egna saker. Wi-fi fungerade utmärkt. Frukosten var bra och ett stort plus att man blev serverad kaffe. Lätt att hitta och har perfekt läge. Personalen var trevlig. Rekommenderar detta starkt och skulle absolut komma tillbaks!
