We stayed here for 4 nights in February. We arrived after check-in hours, but Alesandro was extremely attentive to answering emails and directing us to the location of our room's key. What a lovely, clean, and roomy room we got with a view of a tranquil Rome street. Very modern room with a great shower and a separate toilet area. There is also a kitchen that has coffee and tea making supplies. Also, there is a small bar with stocked beverages including prosecco, water, and soft drinks for a small fee. Overall, a fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome close to all the major attractions. If we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay at charmsuites again!.

We discovered Charmsuite raffaello as our previous accommodations canceled our room in time for our flight to Rome, so we landed in Rome and received an email rescinding our booking. We searched in the same area for something and discovered Charmsuite raffaello. We arrived, and a very nice lady from the home welcomed us and explained everything, including where to go, what to see, and where to eat. So our weekend in Rome was really nice. The place is close to it. Angels Castle, not far from the Vatican, Piazza Nana, Panteon, Campo del Fior,, etc..

Hotel apartment ini hanya memiliki 5 unit. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stasiun castel angelo. Ke vatikan hanya 10 menit berjalan kaki. Piazza navona, pantheon dan melalui guilin, trastevere dicapai dengan jalan kaki 1520 menit. Ingrid, carla dan saya sangat ramah dan banyak membantu kami menikmati liburan kami di Roma. Kamarnya sangat bersih, nyaman, ada dapur dengan kompor listrik, peralatan masa dan alat makan, juga mesin nespresso. Tidak ada sarapan, tetapi disediakan minuman ringan, susu, aqua, karamel berikut selai dan nutella.

The location was far from anywhere. I don't recommend this place. We had reserved this guest house and knew it was great to be there. We were able to check in at 1400 hs, but we had requested that they leave our belongings there from 1200 until 1400 when we rang the bell and on the street someone asked who was the guest with a reservation, and he opened the door. It was the first mistake that anyone could enter the building. The man who answered the door was the cleaner, and we left our luggage and asked him to use the toilet. The bathroom was clean. He gave us the keys to the street door and reception so we could go for lunch and come back, as he was already leaving. When we came back, we waited in a tiny room reception, which had no windows at all. The light continued to turn green, fourth, and fourth, and the AC and lights were both turned off. At 1410, I called an emergency number and requested the check-out, which was supposed to be at 1400, but I didn't clean it. She was nice, but she insisted that we stay there. She was so uninformed when she said they could not cancel the reservation and that they wouldn't charge us, especially because of the electrical cables. I lose a substantial chunk of the afternoon, but they didn't cancel my reservation. I had
