Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft oder drinnen da wird einem das Tor von Innen geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und viel mit vielen verschiedenen Details und sehr geräumig. Das personal ich unglaublich freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist bei Ebookers nicht inbegriffen es steht zwar Coffee/Pastry each morning aber Frühstück kann man für 20€ pro Person auswählen oder nicht. Ich hatte noch nie ein frischer zubereitetes Frühstück, frisch gepresste Säfte auswahl an Käse, Früchten, frische Brot super Kaffee und auch verschiedene Eierspeisen auf Bestellung inkl. in den 20€. Alles ist privat und sehr ruhig gehalten msn konnte gut entspannen nach eine Stadttag in Verona und der Welness bereich ist auch super.

Et vakkert og herlig sted med serviceinnstilte betjening. Hotellet lå oppe i åsen, et stykke unna byen. Men det passet oss utmerket og i tillegg fikk vi gratis taxi tilbake av hotellet, hver gang vi tok en tur til byen. Stedet anbefales på sterkeste, hvis du du ha et rolig sted, nyte noen dager ved bassenget. Vi kommer tilbake ved en annen anledning 👍😎

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Gelsi for two nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern yet filled with warmth, charm, and thoughtful details that make you feel instantly at home. The entire property is impeccably maintained, and the garden with its pool area is a perfect haven for relaxation. A special highlight is the breakfast: everything is freshly prepared, sourced locally, and tailored to your wishes. The level of care and quality is outstanding. The hospitality, in general, is second to none, genuinely warm, attentive, and personal. Another wonderful touch is the option to enjoy lunch or dinner at the villa, thanks to a private chef, which elevates the entire experience even further. The location is also ideal: you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes on foot, or take a short 5-minute taxi ride to Piazza delle Erbe. These taxi rides are even covered by the hotel, which is an incredibly thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Villa Gelsi is truly an oasis of relaxation and the perfect complement to a visit to Verona. We highly recommend it and will most certainly return!

Such a beautiful place—we really loved our stay. The design is stylish yet cosy, with so much attention to detail everywhere you look. Everything felt new, clean, and very well cared for. The garden is gorgeous and the pools are a highlight. We were also lucky to get an upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely return!

Hotel stay was great, we booked last minute and the Director was very informative and helpful with our parking and recommendations for the stay. We particularly liked the accommodating breakfast they served via the open kitchen and also the boutique feel the hotel and pool gave off. The free taxi to the hotel was also a really winner for us which took us right into the centre of Verona and back later on. Great restaurant recommendations from the Director herself! Superb!

My husband and our 6 year old travelled around Italy in July and came across this beautiful renovated villa in Verona and so glad we did! Absolutely beautiful renovated old buildings now stunning accommodations dotted around the grounds, the main building has indoor spa and there is a gorgeous outside pool and loungers. The staff are so kind and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. There is no restaurant so we took the complimentary return taxi service into Verona (5 mins away) which was much appreciated, as was the complimentary glass of wine while we waited for taxi. Our little boy loved the diving board and the pool as well as the spa whirlpool. You feel like you are the only guests here as it is such a secluded and private place. Will return!

Wir waren für drei Nächte hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und romantisch. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und bietet eine große Auswahl. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und Verona ist mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten erreichbar (Hin- und Rückfahrt kostenlos). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben unseren Hochzeitstag sehr genossen. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Fünf Stern in jeder Kategorie! Vielen Dank für alles.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The setting is idyllic and very tranquil. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we felt very welcomed and relaxed. They were also great with our 7 year old daughter. Having the taxi in and out of the city was a real bonus to this property as it enabled us to relax by the pool in the heat but still have all the access to the beautiful city of Verona in 10 minutes. We feel like we have found a hidden gem and are sure to come back here the next time we are in Verona! Thank you to all the staff at Relais Villa dei Gelsi and Albus!

We stayed here as part of a month long trip exploring France, Italy and Switzerland and this was one of our favourite stops. We had our two French bulldogs with us. The gardens are stunning the pool is to die for (as is the spa however the weather was too hot to make the most of). Lovely room and done so tastefully. We will be back for sure.

Helt fantastisk lille hotel 10 minutter i taxa fra Verona centrum. Meget roligt og idyllisk. Fantastisk personale, som yder en rigtig fin service. Der er inkluderet en taxa tur tur/retur til Verona og let morgenmad med en croissant og kaffe. Lækker pool både uden og indendørs samt spabad, spabruser og sauna. Hvis du bare vil slappe af i de smukke omgivelser, så kan du bestille lette måltider som bruschetta, parma/melon, toast osv. virkelig et sted, som kan anbefales. Selvom personalet er meget børnevenligt, så ville jeg ikke tage dertil med små (højlydte) børn, da stedet indbyder til rimelig ro.

Stunning. An amazing hotel / villa, set in beautiful surroundings. Massive thanks to all the team at Villa dei Gelsi; everyone was so helpful and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and on several occasions they went above and beyond what would be expected. Our room was very nice and was cleaned and turned over daily. Breakfast time was a treat too; the wonderful chef cooked in an open kitchen and prepared whatever you desired each day (the menu was just a guide ... just ask and you will receive). In addition there was a beautifully set out and substantial continental style breakfast table too. The location although stunning, was a 25 minute walk into Verona. This was fine for our stay, but in reality, it was necessary to take a taxi into Verona on several days; however, this was all arranged by the team at Villa dei Gelsi using their account with the local taxi company. Highly recommended hotel / villa.
