Cet hébergement est un excellent choix. Personnel très accueillant, la chambre très bien entretenue, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité, servi avec le sourire. Très bien situé, pour permettre la visite de la ville.

Die Location der Unterkunft ist super: in ein paar Minuten mitten in Genoa Centro Storico aber doch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind bequem, groß genug und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen - die machen auch einiges möglich. Die Hotel Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, reservieren gerne ein Restaurant für das Abendessen oder helfen mit dem Parkring. Vor Ort gibt's kein Parkplatz aber für 20 Eur pro Tag gegenüber im Coin Geschäft. Das Hotel ist von der Straße schwer zu sehen weil draußen Bel Soggiorno steht. Die haben wohl mehrere Namen.

Ich habe selten so freundliche und kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter erlebt wie im Hotel Riva Superior in Genua! Schon bei der Ankunft wurde auf all meine Wünsche so herzlich eingegangen – ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und konnte dort wunderbar schlafen. Als mir das Bett etwas zu hart war, wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und der historische Aufzug im Jugendstil ein echtes Highlight. Ein Hotel mit Herz – absolut empfehlenswert!

Einen bleibenden Eindruck hat der Aufzug hinterlassen, schöne Nostalgie. Wir konnten das Zimmer früher beziehen. Das Zimmer war auf Etage 5 Frühstück + Service + Auswahl waren gut. Zimmer + Bad sehr groß. Bad ohne Fenster

Très bien situé en centre ville. Pas de parking. Nous nous sommes garés au City Park et sommes allés à pied à l'hôtel en 10 minutes. Réception de l'hôtel au 1er étage. 3 hôtels communs. Chambres au 5eme étage. Très bon séjour pour 2 nuits.

Vi ble møtt av de hyggeligste folkene i resepsjonen når vi sjekket inn. De var der 24/7. Rommet var moderne og rent med en super aircondition. De ryddet og vaske hver dag om man ønsket det. Beliggenheten var mitt i smørøyet, alt var innenfor kort rekkevidde.

Great location of the hotel, 5 min walk to piazza de ferrari and lots of shopping. We parked our car in a parking lot also 5 min away walking. The hotel is on the fifth floor with a check in on the 2nd floor. We used gps, and had no issues finding it, though the sign on the building has a different name for the hotel but once you come to the door you can see that you're in a right place. The room was spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Would stay again.
