Location!!! Great location for shopping, dining and historical sites. Large size room just a little hard to find the apartment do to no sign at main entrance. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The location could not be beat, just a short walk to the Spagna (Spanish steps) metro station, so super easy to get to via train or plane. The unit (we stayed in Monica) was simple, very functional and stylish. There is a (very) small lift which made carting our baggage incredibly easy. It’s a an older building so their are definitely some quirks, but it’s beautifully maintained, charming and had all the things we needed for our stay. Host answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice, large room, with good amenities. Location was great, down the road from the Spanish Steps and fashionable stores. The manager of the property, Elena, was very helpful and courteous and spoke English very well. The Anglican Church is right across the way, and some of the best concerts in the city are held there in the evenings. We would stay there again.

Great location close to all the tourist sites. You are right in the middle of shopping district. High end stores, many restaurants near by. Room has high ceiling. And we got a free upgrade. The lady was so nice and friendly. She let us have a late check out. Great service.

Very good value for money at an excellent location close by the Spain Square! Amazing service from Elena...just be aware she is not always there if you need any assistance. But to get in contact with her via email or telephone was pletty simple and easy!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very positive experience. When we arrived was a little surprised as it's not a hotel with a reception. Was just shown a big green door. You will need to press the bell which indicates 'Romeo' and our excellent host Elena came right down to greet us. Brought us to our room which was excellent and quite large. Location was also great and walking distance to everything in Rome. Lots of shops and restaurants on the street below. Overall a great stay in a lovely place. Will recommend this to a first timer to Rome.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist Elena was waiting to help us through our check in - She was extremely pleasant and helpful showing us everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are so spacious and modern - unlike any of the hotels you would get in Rome and even had all the extra commodities you would get at a hotel ( bathroom necessities etc.) I loved the little passage with the Coffee/Tea table whereby you could help yourself at any time of the day to cakes, biscuits etc.The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to all attractions. Overall a lovely stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend to any of my friends traveling to Rome.

Great little apartment situated near the Spanish steps in Rome. Elena was welcoming and very friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we thought it was great value for money. The free coffee machine and mini bar was appreciated.
