The location was very close to the center and San Giorgio castle. The room size was huge and the interior design was contemporary with white accents. The cosmetic quality is very high. The garden view is beautiful from the window. The glass is quite comfortable for a coffee machine, wine, and water. Very happy with the owner.

This hotel has incredible accommodations in a great location. I just got back from 10 days in the La Spezia Sangiorgio Rooms. This hotel has amazing accommodations in a wonderful location We had a room with a wraparound balcony that was a beautiful sun trap. The only thing I will say is that it isn't a drawback. When we arrived in our room, we were given water and wine. The room was very clean and bright, with the most comfortable bed ever. Coffee machines for fresh pod coffee with plenty of pods. It has a glass wall which is really modern so be cautious. However, some people might be uncomfortable and that may be a problem for some individuals, but we did stop by other rooms, where the bathroom had solid walls. Definitely worth the price.

A modern and well-appointed room. The owner was very kind, giving us all the information we needed and giving us a present by upgrading to the best room basilica in the property as it was available. In the evening, we enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the balcony. Breakfast is not offered, but there is tea and coffee making equipment. Free internet. The location is good with easy access to the city center, but there are numerous stairs involved, making moving luggage quite a burden. Street parking is available, but it's difficult to find.

It's a really lovely place, worth the price, so clean, and in a great position, so you can park at the entrance, and the owner is always willing to help when you need any advice on where to go in La Spezia and the surrounding area.
