The location was the best. The apartment was spacious as described, and the bathrooms were clean. Everything was perfect. However, the only item they missed or didnt have in my apartment is an iron.

Pleasant stay here in december 2022. Stayed overnight and it was well worth it! We stayed in apartment 503. It was a 2 bedroom apartment that was really spacious and clean. There are no people or counters. Checking in is done remotely by calling them. After paying, they will give you the lock codes for the main entrance and your apartment. The place was initially tense to find, but the people in fratelli Rossetti were kind enough to give directions. Very close to the river. Some pictures i posted to help you look for it.

The location was ideal for any trip to venezuela. On the same block as the Rialto bridge and above wellknown international retail chains. Remote checkin is done. This process was new to us, but we got the idea pretty quickly. I actually prefer this method of check in right now. Communication with the staff was extremely quick and efficient. The apartment is accessible via a side alleyway, which we felt comfortable and safe walking along. Elevators and common areas were cleaned daily. Completely renovated complex. Our apartment was spacious and equipped with all the necessities. We had 5 people and 4 beds, with one mattress that was very solid. Other than that, it was incredibly enjoyable. Well return.

The beds are very comfortable, the design is perfect for a 10 star hotel in the same vein as venezia and its very clean. There is nothing wrong with this place, it is very suitable for staying. I dont think you need more when searching for accommodation.

This place is in a great location and very clean for i stayed here with my family of 5 and we have 3 children. The rooms are spacious, the lounge room and bathroom we had 2 were great. Air conditioning works very well in the summer. There is no breakfast as this is an apartment. You must pick up the keys at hotel ari reali as there isnt reception at san teodoro place which is 3 minutes walk around the corner. Checkin is there but you can leave keys in your apartment when you check out Great location, if you go to the center of rialto bridge, you will be walking for 1 minute. We recommend the 2 bedrooms because they are very reasonably priced as we went in peak season in august.

This apartment is in the center of venezuela. You walk into the building and away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets to a quiet and wellappointed oasis. Great spot in i great location!.

The location is unbeatable for a spacious apartment with very comfortable rooms and beds in tucked away in the quiet corner of sweltering city of venetian. Excellent value for money considering prices in Venice!.
