Lovely place. Easy check in process. Had a benefit of laundry facilities that were free to use and a water refill station. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment. Kitchen had 2 hot plates and there was a microwave. Lovely outdoor private areas, although the weather meant we weren’t able to get the full benefit from them. A couple of things to note for this apartment. There is a lift to the second floor. On entering the apartment there is a bathroom on the ground floor, but you do need to go up a flight of stone steps to get the living area and the bedrooms. There is no way to block off the stairs so would not be suitable for toddlers. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes, but you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the next bedroom and then the master en-suite bedroom, but still useful to have the separate sleeping areas and very good value for money. Walkable to all of the main attractions.

Excellent location! Very clean, plenty of room, and comfortable for our family! We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and the on site laundry was very easy and convenient! We will definitely return!

FANTASTIC - there are no words - located on the other side of the river - away from the hustle of downtown Florence and walking distance (10 min) from Ponte Vechio and Santa Croce. We basically had a small apartment. It was magnificent and it’s right below Plaza Michelangelo - when you go, make sure you reserve at the Osteria right behind the hotel

The check in process was easy with WhatsApp communication since we were arriving after hours. The building is beautiful and the room was clean and well equipped. Lots of closet space. Beds comfortable. There was no housekeeping everyday only every two days on request. But they gave us extra towels. Location is great, 20 minutes away from center of town. On the other side of the river. Close to restaurants and pizzazz Michelangelo. Quiet in the night. We had a great view of the Duomo from our windows.

Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. We were able to store our luggage for free after check out. On our departure, the friendly young woman at the desk helped us get a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel for our stay in Florence. Very close to a great bakery and not far from the Duomo or Piazze Michangelo. Kitchenette is well stocked for cooking your own food. Highly recommend

Great staff. Clean room. Newly renovated so that was nice. Location is perfect for piazzo Michelangelo (sunset viewing) but good 10 minute walk to everything else. Drinking water included. Some reviews mention the front desk not being open 24 hrs but it was not a problem for us.
