This was a wonderful place with lots to do around. It is a ways away from some sight but you can take a quick taxi ride anywhere. I will say that it was a bit difficult to find out how to access the property but once we got that down it was a pleasant experience. Loved the staff!

Fabrizio was very funny & nice. & the room was beyond amazing. The room was just the right size and the description was very accurate. The area that the place was in was very nice & convenient to transportation to get throughout Rome. I look forward to staying there again!

Very nice, however there was quite a lot of noise from the hallway and the other rooms. Also, it's not so clear from the street that it's the right adress when you first arrive, so it can be confusing.

This Hotel was excellent, one of the highlights of the trip. Built into an apartment complex about 800m down the road from the Vatican, one is just far away enough from the city to get a feel of the local roman life while still being able to access the city with regular buses running right outside the hotels front door. Some highlights: The incredibly modern bathroom. The fact that the bus stop was literally outside the front door of the hotel. The excellent cafe directly next to the hotel for cheap breakfasts. The amazing restaurant (Bibi e Romeo's) 100 metre's down the street. The complimentary water and juices-even though we booked the cheapest room! The blackout shutters that let us sleep in to unspoken hours. And of course the incredibly stylishly decorated room with a plush bed and comfy pillows. Just amazing, couldn't recommend highly enough... Take us back!

Location molto comoda e bella, unico neo solo 2 cuscini molto bassi e nessuna coperta, essendo novembre almeno un copriletto in più se lo saremmo aspettato. COmfort molto buono, apprezzata la presenza di macchina del caffè a capsule e bollitore con the e tisane, in sostituzione della colazione che non è inclusa. Buono anche il fatto di avere bottigliette d'acqua ed altre bevande gratuite nel frigo bar. In zona fermate dei bus per raggiungere sia il centro storico che il Vaticano,che è molto vicino e raggiungibile anche a piedi.

This was our first trip to Europe and Rome was our first stop. We found ourselves at an ideal location! We were within easy walking distance to the Vatican! The Hop On - Hop Off bus was easily accessible so we got an awesome overview of all of the sites the first day. We then accessed the subway which is nearby and easy to use. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Väldigt mysigt, fräscht B&B i norra Rom som ligger 5 minuters promenad från vatikanmuséet. Väldigt bra service och Gianluca var tillgänglig, i stort sett, 24 h om dygnet. Ingen frukost, men gratis minibar som fylls på dagligen. Om man inte vill gå in till de mest centrala delarna av staden går det 2 busslinjer precis utanför dörren.

Not a hotel, so much as an apartment converted into rooms. They're on the small side, but very well furnished, clean and comfortable, and the staff have put a lot of thought into the details - with free (non-alcoholic) drinks in the minibar, good restaurant recommendations, wi-fi, etc. Friendly atmosphere, too. And convenient for The Vatican. Highly recommended.
