Rental includes:
Check-out time is at 10:30 am.
Venice is the first city in Italy for recycling garbage and we are very proud of that; I kindly ask you to respect rules you will find in the apartment and information that will be given at your arrival.
City taxes (4.00 euros per person per night - law 45 - 30 December 2014) are not included in the rental. At arrival, you will be asked to pay them cash and show an ID for registration.
I kindly ask you to respect the neighborhood and to leave the property in the same conditions as it was given. All damages and breakages must be refunded.
Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm.
The apartment is a no-smoking area.
Please don't leave any bag of garbage in the apartment on the day of your departure.
We will appreciate being advised of any failure or breakage during your stay.
