We found this charming palace on true application. It is an old villa with frescoes on the smiling face. They have rooms with or without a tiny kitchen. They have pools in the courtyard that have light up until 17 oclock. We were here at the end of May. The villa has green everywhere, green plants in the windows, by the pool and the small corners in the villa. The people here are really nice and will help you whenever they can.

It is nice and has a good location, 5 minutes walk to Lake Como. We have an apartment under the roof, and there are 2 rooms and a large bathroom, but the shower is only a shower. When we visit, they don't serve breakfast, so it's difficult to find a parking place.

It was a wonderful vacation for my family and me. The family winery restaurant situated directly on the hill called Sarsasso is the greatest part of the trip, and I would happily suggest it to acquaintances and family. We were Americans living in the Netherlands and we felt we were well treated by the owner, who luckily lived right next to our apartment. We never had a problem, and I was just shocked that some reviewers had issues with him. Perhaps because it was the end of the season? Anyway, my three young boys loved the pool and we loved the location. The entrance and rooms themselves are beautifully designed, and besides being blistering hot, last year, an unusually hot summer was the only problem and was not the proprietors fault. Also, the view from the side window and living room was breathtaking, and the clock tower was delightful to wake up to each morning.

Excellent service from the kind and funny hosts, especially for the room and the room's cleanliness, as well as the peaceful, quiet ambience in the old villa. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the place was perfect for our brief birthday visit.

This amazing location was found on application. In May 2017, we were cycling. A small pool in front and in a small corner and spot on the villa. Although it was hot outside, it was cool inside. Nice people and a very good breakfast.
