We adore this place, plus we spend three or four nights here. The front desk staff member is excellent and welcoming, and she keeps us in touch with us! The property is a renovated villa, with architecturally different room designs and stunning artwork and sculptures scattered throughout. I love this location and its proximity to the city of Florence or the airport. I adored our room, but I didn't like the extremely uncomfortable mattress cement like the sheets were clean and crisp or the lack of air conditioning, which made it impossible to sleep in. AC couldn't be controlled, and it is hot in the summer in Florence! Sadly, we were unable to sleep last night, and I did not have back issues! I do not remember feeling this uncomfortable in other rooms before. I'll return, but I'll request a different room!.

This place is amazing and nice. This place is very interesting to stay at. This place is close to public transportation for a trip to the city center. They provide everything you need for a city trip, as well as proximity to the airport. The staff was kind and friendly. The apartments were very good and clean.

A lovely small family-run apartment hotel with spacious apartments just a short drive from the airport. The front desk personnel was very welcoming. They set up a taxi pickup at 430 am for us to the airport, which arrived on time, and recommended a good restaurant that was a 5 minute walk away. The hotel received numerous prompt and helpful communication before our arrival. A small lounge with free snacks and a seating area is there. Good. We will stay here again when flying through Florence.

Overall, the stay was good, and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was the biggest among all the hotels we lived in during our europe trip, and it was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the power went out when we tried to use the hairdryer in the room, it was the only thing that annoyed us, but with the help of the receptionist we managed to restore the power by going into their office to turn on our power control. I stayed there as it is close to the airport 12, a stop of the city tram, a railway service offered by Florence, but our flight was too early and we had to book a taxi. But if you want to save money, you should consider taking the tram.

I stayed here for three nights in October 2017. This place has two levels but separates the rooms. The room has a kitchen and parking area and there are good employees. Only the location is not appealing.
