Villa Sole: sea view, Wi-Fi and private parking

Groups of children are only accepted if at check-in they pay in cash a security deposit of € 500.00 in cash .
The security deposit WILL BE REFUNDED ( by bank transfer) the day after check-out after checking the house and NOT AT CHECK-OUT.

Air conditioning: 10 kW per day are included in the price, if you exceed this threshold a surcharge of €0.50 per kW will be applied

Gas for heating is not included in THE winter months. At check-in we will take a photo of the meter and ask for a deposit for the heating consumption of € 200 that we will refund at check-out after checking the shots. Each cubic meter of gas costs € 1.20.

We accept small and medium-sized dogs. If you have more than one dog, write to us before you book

Dog surcharge € 30.00 per stay.

The cost of the tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day for the first 10 days of stay to be paid in cash at check-in.

At check-in, as local regulations require, guests must present an ORIGINAL photo ID (passport for guests outside the European Community) for EACH guest .

- It is not allowed to invite other people to the apartment without the permission of the owner.

- Minors will not be able to stay in the house unless accompanied by an adult.

- If the adult is not the parent/guardian, it will be necessary to provide a signed statement from both parents/guardians accompanied by their IDs, in which they authorize the child to stay with the adult other than them.

These are mandatory as well as essential requirements for safety, if these were not accepted we would be forced, in spite of us, to cancel the reservation!
