The location is very good, close to the train station. But the house was not in good condition as paid lodging. Found an outdated directory and showed that the host had taken a lot of effort at first but not kept. We cleaned and wiped the floor to avoid moving around. Clean the dishes and cleared the old slum. we even bought an air freshener as the unpleasant odor from the garbage was so bad.

The location is great, close to the airport. However, the house was not maintained in a satisfactory condition for a paid accommodation. We discovered an outdated directory and saw that the host had put in a lot of work initially but not consistently. To avoid moving around, we swept and cleaned the floor. Clean the dishes and cleared the trash from the previous stay. We even bought an air freshener as the bad smell from the waste was unpleasant.

I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to visit this place to come back to this hotel. It is located in a great location close to the train station. Although it was a paid hotel, the house was in bad condition. The previous visitor had given much effort but was not able to keep up with the changes in the directory and we found the outdated directory. For safety we swept and wiped the floor. Clean dishes and get rid of the garbage. Also we purchased air freshener as the smells of the garbage were unpleasant.

【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
