Accommodation tax will be charged directly at the property from October 1, 2018.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates under JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 500 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 1,000 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 50,000 and over.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Children of all ages must use an extra bed.
Guests arriving after 09:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests under 12 years old are not allowed to stay in the dormitory rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian aged over 18 years.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Same-day bookings are available until 08:00 PM only.
The property does not have an elevator.
When booking for 5 or more persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
