I was happy to pay less than $1100 per night plus $1000 in bicycle rental. Centrally located, very clean and quiet. Staff was responsive and helpful even though they weren't onsite. Check input was simple. Washing machines and dryers on the roof.

The location is also very convenient because from there you can reach your flat within 15 minutes from the station. It was also very easy for me to communicate and even help us by giving us every instruction on how to go through the house and get to the apartment right away. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good, the facilities provided were quite complete. The positive things about this place are they provide all the essential items.

They have a free shuttle service to and from Kyoto station throughout the day which is really good, we had the traditional japanese breakfast room service and it was a nice treat. In room shiatsu massage which is really good, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It was initially difficult to locate this apartment, but after some investigation and a few questions, we finally arrived. It is located right next to Nish Onaji Temple. Yes, you can walk from kyoto station!, but you must cross the road into Shiokoji dorm, heading toward the temples direction. Turn right at the intersection of the major crossroad traffic light and walk straight. You'll see a huge arch leading to the temple, but continue until you see lessons. Take the left immediately after lessons, and the apartment is on the left. The apartment's top floor has a hard part. The staircase is very narrow, so be cautious when bringing your luggage upstairs. You will always be ready to wait until the first floor, when one of you goes up to use the phone to reach the apartments staff. The laundry area is on the top floor. You will then be directed to your apartment number, which is unlocked, and another staff will drop by the apartment to give you the keys and let you sign a rental lease agreement. By contrast, the mini kitchen has a stove, kettle, toaster oven, tuileries, plates, bowls, and cups. Two people can comfortably sleep on the double bed. While the temple is underrated and not widely shared by other visitors, I believe it is worthwhile a visit and it is free entry! You can also board bus number

I strongly recommend this place. I'm not sure about this place but I think the location is good because in this location, there is the bus stop and the small supermarket. This apartment is good and close to the grocery store. The room is spacious. There is a fridge, air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a single-seat gas cooker, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, vacuum, hair dryer, iron, and a lack of English channels. There is no Wi-Fi facility available to connect the laptop to the computer, but you will need a Wi-Fi box. The bathroom is tiny and compact with hot water, a bath, a big fridge, a single-gas cooker, a microwave, a grill, a rice cooker, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, iron, and there are no English channels. I wish there was more space for food preparation.
