We liked our stay and will be back to recommend it to friends and family. It is not particularly new and immaculately clean. But it has lots of things you need and the cleanliness is acceptable. So it's still ok! Towels and kata rental are inexpensive. I booked a bungalow and stayed with my sister with her 5 children ages 113. I love that it has a private start, that the cabin is well and felt very welcoming when I arrived. I love that it has so many useful items, from cooking utensils to rice cooker and hot plates for yakiniku. Management seems to be very attentive to the guests comfort. This is ideal if you're looking for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, alone or with family, to be close to nature. We didn't even mind there wasn't wifi. We even stowed our gadgets so we just enjoyed being there. The kids enjoyed bedtime in the loft. Very near to the lake and with a very relaxing view. The initial experience was excellent, like the cabin, it has so much stuff. There are massage chairs, sauna, and a lot of creams from head to toe you can use after a hot spring bath.
