Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Senkei dans une chambre quadruple avec un onsen privé. Fabuleux. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. Livraison des bagages directement dans notre chambre (ils ont gardé nos valises le jour d’arrivée avant le Check in et le jour de départ après le Check out). Dans la grande chambre, vous avez des Yukatas à disposition pour vous mettre en tenue confortable, un frigo avec une bouteille d’eau fraîche par personne et par jour ainsi que du thé à disposition avec une friandise. Le petit déjeuner se prend au café d’en bas, il est de type continental (pain, saucisses, bacon, salade, beurre, confiture, jus de fruit) servi sur un plateau accompagné de thé ou de café. À côté du café, il y a un restaurant excellent qui sert la spécialité locale: l’anguille. La salle est petite, il est donc conseillé de réserver ou de venir tôt. Une expérience typique japonaise à Hakone que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons à l’hôtel Senkei si nous revenons à Hakone.

Staff was amazing— so attentive and polite. Room was clean and well-maintained - nice Mix of modern and traditional Japanese ryokan. Enjoyed the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast that was served in our room. Convenient hotel free shuttle to the train station. We will definitely be back again!

Our room was the suite with the private onsen. Good clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing room with traditional Japanese features. The view we had was the mountain view and It was amazing while soaking in the onsen. Location was up on a hill so not to much around unless you walk into the town. Overall the stay was amazing and the staff was helpful. highly recommend for traditional Ryokan

Its unfortunate that two completely different hotels share this pin. The ryokan served as the focal point of our twoweek trip and was an unforgettable experience for us. Upon checkin, the personnel were extremely friendly. Although they did appear a little dated, these two rooms were immaculate and functional. We would like to express our gratitude to the man and the girl who made our beds and brought us meals it was incredibly enjoyable to talk to them. While the meals were delicious, they were unusual for foreigners. Even though the baths werent particularly large, there was breathtaking views from the open bath in the fall. Little bridges that connected various structures were idly added. Additionally, their proficiency in english was commendable, and they assisted us in planning our trips around hakone. So, make sure you are booking the ideal hotel and have fab time!.
