【ご注意事項】
① アーリーチェックインおよびレイトチェックアウトは、空室状況によりご対応が可能です（ご到着・ご出発の7日前より受付可能）。ご希望の際は、60分あたり2,500円の追加料金を頂戴いたします。なお、早朝にご到着予定のお客様は、前日からのご予約をおすすめいたします。

② 当日のレイトチェックアウトはお受けしておりません。ご希望の場合は、前日の正午（12時）までにご連絡ください。無断でチェックアウトが遅れた場合には、清掃スケジュールの再調整が必要となるため、別途再手配料をご請求させていただく場合がございます。

③ ご滞在中のルームメイク（清掃）、タオルの交換、ゴミの回収などは行っておりません。予めご了承ください。

④ ご予約確定後、日本の法令に基づき、ご宿泊者全員の顔写真付き身分証明書を含む「宿泊者情報のご登録」をお願いしております。お手数をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解・ご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

⑤30泊以上の長期滞在につきましては月極賃貸借契約書へのご署名が必要となります。

⑥光熱費が15,000円/月を超える場合、超過分は別途ご請求いたします。通常の利用での目安は約10,000円程度です 。

【Important Notes】
1. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on room availability. Requests can be accepted from 7 days prior to your arrival or departure. A fee of 2,500 yen per 60 minutes will apply. For guests arriving early in the morning, we recommend booking from the night before.

2. You cannot request late check-out on the day of your departure (cut out time is 12pm a day before). Please note that if you check out late without prior notice, a cleaning rescheduling fee may be charged.

3. Please note that there is no daily room cleaning, towel replacement, or trash collection service during your stay.

4. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to complete a Guest Registration Form, including providing valid photo ID for each guest, after booking is confirmed. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

5. Long-term Stays (30+ nights): A signature for a monthly rental contract will be required.

6. If utility bills exceed 15,000 JPY/month, the excess will be charged. Standard usage is around 10,000 JPY/month
