[Children's Dinner]
When you book a plan with dinner,
0~2 years old: Meals are not included.
3 years old and up Children's dinner is the same as adult's dinner.
If you wish to change the menu, the guest contact property at least 2 days in advance.(The price will remain the same)

[If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions]
We are unable to accommodate requests on the day of your stay, so please contact us via email or message at least two days in advance.
Please note that all dishes served at our hotel are prepared in the same kitchen, so there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present due to cross-contamination during the cooking process.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergens.
For guests who are concerned that allergens cannot be guaranteed to be removed, we prioritize your safety and may, regrettably, have to decline to provide meals.
 Natural hot spring water is supplied to the baths in the rooms excepted the standard twin and superior twin.

Children 0-2 years old will be charged JPY 1650 per child per night with extra bedding and no meal.
Children of all ages are included in the maximum occupancy. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
It is not acceptable to change the number of guests on arrival day. Please inform the property in advance if there is any change. If the number of guests changes upon arrival, the property cannot provide the room and/or meal.

[Access information]
You can take the limited express Kuroshio from Kyoto and Shin-Osaka and the Nanki limited express from Nagoya to the nearest JR Kii-Katsuura Station without changing trains.
It is about a 15 minute walk from the station to the hotel. (There is no shuttle service from the station)
If you are coming by car, it takes about 90 minutes from Susami Minami IC and about 50 minutes from Kumano-Oodomari IC.


[Hot spring]
The open-air bath in the garden, which has a rich atmosphere of Japanese architecture, has an attractive feeling of openness with a view of the seamount in front of you.
Also, please enjoy a relaxing bath in the spacious public bath made entirely of cypress wood.

The hot spring bath is available from 05:30 AM to 09:00 AM and from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM with an additional charge of JPY 150 per person.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
