An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.

Child Policy
Guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
Children aged from 4 to 6 will be charged 70% of an adult fee.
Children aged from 2 to 3 will be charged 50% of an adult fee.
Children aged from 0 to 1 will be charged 30% of an adult fee.
Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property. The property only accepts cash except for foreign guests who may pay with credit or debit card.
For guests staying at the property, please ensure to email the property for final check and additional requests.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests who are travelling with children cannot make bookings online. Kindly contact the property for more details.
Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance. Please be aware that during our peak seasons we cannot accommodate special requirements.
Nightwear and Japanese futon are not available for children.
Please be aware that the property does not accept changes to the date of stay, number of guests, etc. In case there is any change, additional charges will be incurred.
Please email property if guests wish to be advised the areas guests would like to visit. The property may not be able to accommodate your wishes during our peak seasons.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
The property cannot keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in.
The property has curfew at 11:00 PM. Guests arriving after curfew are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
The property only offers Breakfast or Non-Breakfast deals. There is no dinner included in the deal. Please email the property the food genre, budget and staff will contact you with the list of restaurants located nearby. Once, you have picked your restaurant, please contact restaurant for reservations. For foreign guests, the property have lists of restaurants that accommodate halal dishes.
