The views from the fujian front rooms are spectacular. The location is on a lake, so there is no hazard ahead. The rooms are very tidy and can easily sleep 4 or 5 people. The toilets are close and western, the bathroom is traditional, and the bathroom is downstairs. Each room has one hour, so it is not shared. Although I can communicate with the owner in English well, she is very helpful and gives maps and bus schedules of the neighborhood. The tourist information centre next to Kawaguchiko train station is the finest place for English-speaking local information. There is a bus stop that is about a 2-minute walk away and runs from about 9 am to 530 pm each day. We paid 1700 yen, roughly $31. We have no food so couldn't comment on the food. There is a cafe close to the bus stop, convenience stores, and 3 restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. In terms of wifi, it works best in the reception area. It is meant to work in the rooms, but it was a little shaky. A loginpassword that also applies to the tourist information center and possibly other places in the region is provided.

It is a small hotel with 7 rooms. However, each room is a large traditional Japanese style room without a toilet. The shared toilet and wash basin are very clean and not too inconvenient. The shower or bath is on the first floor. And the hot bath is activated at a specific time. Otherwise, you may still take a hot shower but no hot bath. The best feature is definitely the view. We had a full view of Mount Fiji in our room. The hotel is also very conveniently located along a promenade with many cherry blossom trees. We took a job in the morning and it was very scenic.

You can see it Fuji from your room and experience traditional Japanese futon. The price is reasonable, it's quite old but clean and quiet. One problem is that you cannot take a bath anytime you want, you have to book an hour per room.
