Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Children 0 -3 years old will be charged JPY 5400 per child per night with extra bedding provided.Children 0–3 years old will be charged JPY 3000 for a meal when using existing bedding.Children 0 -3 years old will be charged JPY 8400 per child per night with extra bedding and half board included.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests can attend the Buddhist morning service at 06:30 AM and the Goma fire ritual at 07:00 AM. Please note that this schedule changes during the winter.
Guests can participate in meditation sessions from 04:30 PM with an English pamphlet. An advance reservation is required.
Guests can write Buddhist texts with a brush and ink on scrolls in their rooms at no additional charge. If interested, please make a reservation in advance and pick up the tools at the office.
Guests with food allergies or other dietary restrictions should inform the property in advance. (Must be notified 3 days in advance, It may not be available depending on the contents)
If there are changes in the number of guests, please inform the property at least 1 day prior to arrival due to dinner preparation.
Public baths are available between 04:00 PM -11:00 PM and 06:00 AM - 09:00 AM daily.
The mountainous area of Koyasan is generally much cooler than other areas. The property recommends guests bring enough clothes for the climate.
The property is a temple lodging for pilgrims.
