This roman gives you an experience of the real traditional japanese live style. When arrived the owner gave us an explanation of the live style and showed us everything. We received a kata and socks which we could use while bathing. Friendsliness and kindness were really something we appreciated and we didn't forget. A special thank you to the staff who served breakfast.

The roman room is very tidy and the first hot pools are good. Breakfast is delicious. The lady manager is very friendly and helpful. The only unhappy thing was that the chambermaid threw our belongings all over the room when she came in to make the room because we didn't know that the cupboards were for storing the futons and we put our belongings there. She could at least place our belongings on the room table rather than strewn it all over the floor.

The location was so fantastic, with a relaxing atmosphere and a comfortable bed. There are so many restaurants nearby and very friendly, including some friends. We only stayed one night, and I wish it had been longer. The walk to the station is not too long, especially with suitcases on wheels. We arrived early, left our luggage at the Roman and went on a walk around town and did all the tourist things. Ropeways, cable cars, and even black eggs. We came back in the Roman exhausted. The lovely lady who runs the place welcomed us. She was sweet, so even with a few language barriers, we had a few laughs and great customer service. We were taken to our lovely, lovely room. The bed was comfortable, warm, and cozy. The room was clean and the couch was adequate. We used the shared bathroom, which was a fun experience, and the soak after washing was excellent. Tip 1 don't forget to take a little bag and your towel, which is in the cupboard in your room. We also booked a private roof top, so take a bottle of water to drink with you because the water is hot, yukatas were excellent, and ninja socks were fun to wear. The breakfast was fantastic, though I wish we had gotten dinner beforehand. If you think about it, I wouldn't miss the traditional, lovely, and delicious

In Zakone, I spent my first night at this Roman hotel. And as a tourist, I was genuinely interested in this kind of Japanese hotel and happy with this one. The employees are very cute, particularly the middle-aged lady. The owner is very good at English, so I had no trouble communicating and gave me a lot of travel information. I had a wonderful time there.

I will definitely stay here again. All of the staff is really friendly and accommodating. They provide food at a great quality. We love everything, and all the rooms are big and clean. They also provide room service every day. Also, the service provided is so good.
