● It is prohibited to leave the guest room door open. Always keep the door closed.
● Loud noises such as loud voices and jumping are prohibited in the room.
● The use of audio equipment and the opening of windows after 8pm is prohibited.
● Parties and drinking parties are prohibited. This facility is strictly for lodging purposes and is used by people who want to spend a quiet time or who want to relax with their families. We will take strict action against any behavior that causes inconvenience to other users.
● Eating, drinking and talking on the terrace and rooftop after 8pm is prohibited.
● After 8:00 p.m., please lower the volume of your audio equipment and keep conversations quiet.
● Use of the facility by anyone other than the person who made the reservation (including short-term use) is prohibited. If a violation is discovered, we will report it to Agoda and ask the entire group to leave.
● Smoking is completely prohibited inside the room. Please use the smoking area located on the terrace of each floor. Smoking is also prohibited on the hotel grounds and on surrounding roads. If smoking is found in the room, a special cleaning fee of 40,000 yen per room will be charged. In addition, a security deposit may be required as described below.
● If a report or complaint is received due to smoking outside of designated areas or on surrounding roads, you may be asked to leave.
● If equipment or supplies are damaged or lost due to the customer's negligence, the customer will be required to pay for the damage in accordance with our request. In addition, if there is a disruption to business operations, we will charge a compensation of 100,000 yen per night.

● No shoes are allowed indoors. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
● Please do not take away equipment from the facility, such as towels and tableware. We will charge you if your item is lost or damaged.
● Please separate your garbage into combustible garbage, bottles, cans, and plastic bottles. Please take home any trash that does not fit into the trash can. If left unattended, additional disposal fees will be charged. Also, please refrain from illegally dumping in surrounding areas.
● Check-out is at 11am. Please complete unloading your luggage by then.
● Dangerous items are prohibited.
● If you move any items in the room, be sure to return them to their original locations.
● Unauthorized changes to the wiring and installation methods of audio/visual equipment are prohibited.
● The use of personal cooking utensils (electric/gas) and fireworks on the terrace are strictly prohibited.
● Staff may enter the facility if there are complaints about noise or odors from nearby residents.
● If you do not heed the staff's warnings regarding violation of house rules, you may be refused future use or asked to leave immediately.
