We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless! There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes.

It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous with young child around. Since this hotel also has onsen facilities, we got to experience Japanese bath and hot spring water. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Dinner was great with wide variety of food. Breakfast selection could be better.

Saya menginap 5 malam di hotel ini. Pelayanannya luar biasa, makanannya enak dan onsennya enak. Hotel ini hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari Resor Ski Annupuri dan halte bus tepat di depan hotel, yang menjadikan segalanya sempurna. Saya pasti akan kembali.

Great resort on the Annupuri face of Niseko, about a 5min walk to the hill. Breakfast buffet and set dinner are included and delicious with a great variety. Service was top notch and the staff were all very friendly. The onsen was amazing, never too busy, and well kept.

Air panasnya bagus. Namun, jumlah kunjungan harian cukup banyak dan menurut tamu hotel, itu cukup mengecewakan karena ada juga yang sedikit kecewa. Selain mandi seharian, tempat ini sangat cocok untuk bersantai. Saya pikir hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan saat bermalam.

They have a great onsen, outdoor pool looking out through trees and snow, facilities good. No shower in my room, so you _need_ to use the onsen! Dinner was included in the Lilac dining room and I was surprised with a Japanese dinner of 10 'courses', about 14 different plates/tasters. Really good experience.

Pemandian airnya enak dan dingin, tapi kecil jadi hanya bisa ditampung satu orang. Pemandian terbuka dengan sumber air panas alami adalah tempat yang tepat untuk mandi sambil melihat pemandangan bersalju di pemandian batu.
