About additional payment options
A sauna is available for an additional fee if you contact us at least 3 days prior to your stay. You can also change your dinner to a barbecue for an additional fee.
The sauna is available from 09:00PM to 11:30PM. The fee for the sauna is JPY 12,000. The fee for the barbecue is JPY 2,000 per person. Additional fees must be paid at the accommodation on the day of the event. In case of cancellation of an option, a full cancellation fee will be charged from 3 days prior.

Check-in is not possible after 06:00 PM.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
No equipment or foodstuffs for meals may be brought in, as the property will provide them.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please make sure that the number of guests indicated on the reservation confirmation notice and the actual number of guests are the same. If they do not match, we will not be able to prepare meals or rooms for the correct number of guests.
Shuttle Service Information (Fixed-time service)
The shuttle service will operate on a limited-time basis until December 25, 2026. (No service during Golden Week, Obon, or the year-end and New Year holidays.)Pick-up: 3:00 PM from Yufuin Station / Drop-off: 10:00 AM from the property to Yufuin Station.
Advance request is required for the service to operate. If you require the shuttle, please specify "Shuttle Request" when making your reservation.
The shuttle cannot be provided if you are not present at the designated meeting location at the specified time.

The property does not have hot spring facilities.
The property has a curfew at 06:00 PM.
The property is located in highland area. Please bring warm clothes due to cold weather.
